A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 00:00 has an extra charge of EUR 50. Please note that parties are not permitted at the property. Please note that electricity is not included in the price and has an extra charge of EUR 0.35 per kW from April to October. In case of not disposing the domestic waste at the check out, a EUR 100 fee will be deducted from the deposit. Please note that confirming the age of the guests in advance is mandatory.
