The cost of accommodation depends on the number of guests and days of stay. On Friday, Saturday and holidays the cost is higher.

More than two guests, an additional charge of RUB 700.00 per person, including children of any age.

Self-check-in via a safe with a key, check-in details are provided after providing a passport and transferring a deposit by bank transfer.

Early check-in and late check-out are discussed separately. The deposit is returned after cleaning, before 12:00 AM on the day of departure. If violations are detected, such as smoking, guests in excess of those declared, parties, complaints from neighbors about noise, the deposit is not returned. Damage, loss of things are paid at the current market value.

Housing rules:

No smoking or noisy events are allowed in the apartment, cleanliness and order must be maintained. A real-time surveillance camera is installed above the entrance door. It is triggered every time the entrance door is opened. The number of those entering is strictly checked. If the rules are violated, if there are more people in the apartment than the agreed number, eviction without refund follows.
