The Cosmos Dagomys Apartment is not part of the management of the Cosmos Stay hotelier, but belong to an individual by right of ownership, therefore, check-in will take place in the room, and not at the reception. Spa, pool, beach and restaurant are not included in the booking price.
The combination lock will not allow outsiders to accidentally make a wrong number.
To book an apartment, an advance payment in the amount of the cost of 1 night's stay is required within 24 hours after booking, otherwise the reservation will be canceled automatically.
Residents are obliged to:
— take care of the property and equipment of the apartments;
— to observe cleanliness and the established order;
— in case of loss or damage to the property of the apartment, reimburse the cost of damage in accordance with the provided price list;
— strictly follow the rules of fire safety;
— when leaving the apartment, close the water intake taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV, electrical appliances (remove the card to de-energize the room), close the apartment.
It is forbidden in the apartment:
— smoking throughout the complex, including in the apartments, except in designated smoking areas. In case of violation, a fine is possible, as well as payment for additional special room cleaning (prolonged ventilation, use of odor absorbers, washing curtains, tulle, textiles) in the amount of RUB 5000.00.
— disturb the peace of the residents from 23:00 to 9:00;
— leave strangers in the apartment, as well as give them the code from the electronic lock;
— store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons;
— it is possible to rearrange furniture only with the consent of the administrator;
— keep animals, birds. |
