A damage deposit of PLN 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a check-in after 22:00 will result in a surcharge of PLN 80. Please note that each apartment is assigned 1 parking space. If before the payment of the deposit, a request for issuing a VAT invoice is not submitted to our account, it will not be possible to issue it at a later date.
