Know Before You Go

• The seasonal pool will be open from April to September.
• Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for continental breakfast: EUR 15 for adults and EUR 12.50 for children (approximately)
• Pet deposit: EUR 200 per stay
• Pet fee: EUR 15 per accommodation, per day
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 90 every 7 days, varies per unit size

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: EUR 300 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 0.8 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 60 per accommodation, per stay
• Seasonally adjusted heating fee: EUR 50 per accommodation, per week
