It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Please note that this private villa is located within a resort, but guests do not have access to the resort facilities. Linen is included in the price and is delivered on check-in date and guests are required to make their own beds and on check out day, to remove linen and place in bags provided.
