We have booked their apartment located in Růžová 951/13, Praha 1. The reservation was made 3 years ago as we cannot fly during pandemic. As the inflation was quite serious in Prague, we have to pay around 50% of total price for top up. However, its still comparatively cheap for the good location and room for 4 pax.
Service is good and the staff could be reached easily via whatapps. Room is located inside an old building, it is fine since Prague is a historical place. Room features are beautiful and equipped with full kitchenette plus washing machine. Location is unbeatable, it is just located in city centre, super close to the train station. 
However, downside is the cleanliness. I hope you guys understand the difference between OLD and DIRTY. Some areas of the room, I could describe it as dirty. There was a leftover cloth from previous guest inside the washing machine and the plastic margin of the machine was molded. The coffee machine is full of marks and some plates were not cleaned thoroughly. 
Floor is dusty and hair everywhere. Luckily the bed is fine. 
If you just need a room for family with high accessibility, with budget, it is fine. 
But if you treat cleanliness with priority, it is not your choice.

Good value but need to improve cleanliness

Excellent accommodation! safety, cleanliness, comfort, nice rooms...the area practically in the middle of the city...I would even dare to say of those 8-10 minutes walking to the Apartment, they turn out to be great for getting out of the most brutal crowd in the city.

Excellent Apartment 

Excellent apartments, new and well cleaned! Structure a few steps from the main street of Prague for this reason you can see the city on foot!

That's perfect.

Very nice apartment in the middle of the city. Kitchen/bathroom/bedroom all neat and clean. There are few parking spaces in a small courtyard. We parked in the train station parking lot. It is within 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. However, due to the central location, it happens to be a little noisy in the evening/morning.

Short stay in Prague

Outside you may not imagine that you have already arrived, but the department we were in (6 people) was excellent, a few steps from the train station, and a walking distance from the center of Prague.The place is very clean and spacious, equipped with a complete kitchen and even a laundry machine, the price is very affordable.Widely recommended, I would definitely use it if I was lucky enough to travel to Prague again.

An incredible surprise! an excellent choice for the family.

Very impressed with the stay. Deposit required which is fair as we were a stag do and had no issues getting it back as long as you respect the rooms.
Rooms were spotless clean with everything you required ie iron, iron board, fridge etc etc.
The location of the hotel is perfect.
10 mins walk to the old town square and 5 minute walk to the main road where it all happens.
It’s not that the hotel is hard to find it’s the fact Prague is full of small cobbled streets and it’s easy to get lost.
Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay at Prague to consider this hotel especially groups.

Stag do stay

Excellent accommodation close to the train station. We have done everything on foot from the hotel. The apartment is spacious, the lottery is comfortable. No street noise to sleep. The room facilities are good: boiler, dry hair... We are delighted with our stay. We recommend!!!!

The hotel is very well located if you travel by train, is around the station and very close to the tourist attractions. moreover, the room is a marvel, it is very complete and clean. highly recommended for your stay on your visit to Prague.

This is an excellent option.

Came here with 11 lads and the rooms where clean and perfect for a place to get your head down. Receptionist on arrival was fantastic with us telling us where to go and everyone loved there apartments.highly recomend for groups wanting to be close to city centre.

Great for a stag do

Cheap yet nice and tidy place with friendly staff located near city centre. Apartment was more than big enough for five of us with all necessities and commodities we needed. There is a private parking in the backyard of building. If you don't need extravagant accommodation it is a perfect hub for exploring Prague.
