We spent a weekend here and everybody took the best care of us. You don’t have to worry about anything. Stuff were amazingly friendly and the place is lovely to stay.
We will visit the place again for sure!!

Have to stay 🍷

This is really a lovely spot, nice setting with a vineyard and small swimming pool out the back. The people running this place are super nice and friendly, offering great service. It is situated in great location a short but beautiful walk to town. 

Great place fantastic service 

We were impressed by genuine hospitability that hostess showed! On the way back we had to wake her up in the midnight and the first thing she did - she poured us beer!!! :) They had greatest new year party there with moravian musicians, home made food, typical for this region and friendly guests. Greatest collection of moravian wines and beers! Everything is worth trying.
They have very good free WiFi there, rooms are tidy, breakfast is yummy
and there is a bonus for animal lovers - huge orange cat named Garfield, who lives downstairs.

Perfect place for any traveller!

It's a great place. This is what any boarding house or small hotel should look like. It looks like a big new cottage. On the first floor there's a bar and lounge area with tables and a TV. We had a great evening there for a glass of wine. There's a nice pizza. On the second floor there's a room. We lived in three local rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean. I won't say cleaning. We spent one night on the road to Budapest. The sanus is big - everything is new and clean. WiFi is weak in the rooms. Breakfast is great, we couldn't get out of the room. The contingency is mostly Czech and Polish.

I want to go back.

We stayed just for one night, beacuse I played a show within a music festival held at Mikulov. I chose this place from just a handful of remaining possibilites for accomodation for the time being (august 21st). The price was a bit higher than usual, which was understandable.
It felt strange that the manager had told me they were sold out when I called the place despite I saw a free room on booking dot com. It was a four bed room, which was fine for me and my girlfriend but I can't imagine being there four people in total. The room was small for such a group. For two it was fine. We didn't take the breafkast though, cause we went to the city in the morning. The place is fine, just outside the center but still close enough to walk through the beautiful site. Free parking was much appreciated. I guess when the price is as usual, this is a perfect place to stay in Mikulov.

Great choice if the price is as usual

Great guesthouse, very large room with 4 beds, a corner with table and 4 chairs, spacious and clean bathroom, refrigerator and etc! What a great reference point, halfway along my route! Paid in euros without problems! The property is a pub wine restaurant with over rooms, we slept on Monday nights and left on Tuesday morning, the owners speak English!

Passing by one night

A warm and homy guest house in a good location - next to the main road, but in a quiet place and area. Very clean and spacious rooms and bright, yellow bathrooms. Very welcoming and helpful hosts; our car broke down and they helped us to find a mechanic and car shop. Due to unexpected extended staying which we didn’t know how long would last we could storage our bags and check-in and check-out three times with no problem. Mikulov itself is a beautiful town with a castle on the hill and olive groves you calk walk in. Very good place for a break during a journey and for a longer staying and car repair (inexpensive and honest mechanic in a car shop at the gas station next to Lidl and Tesco)

clean and homy guesthouse with helpful hosts

Based on very good reviews around the web, we booked 3 nights at this nice place and it was well worth it! Our room room was a large one with a lot of sun, everything was very clean and the stuff was very friendly. It is located out of the city centre, about 10 minutes of walking and it's based off the main street so it was very quiet (no street noise). You can actually climb up a small hill behind the hotel and enjoy a stunning view of the Mikulov castle and sorrounding country.

just what we were looking for

Due to belated decisions we could not find anything in the centre so, we booked Penzion Zatisi.
We spent one night in there while travelling to Hungary, arrived late afternoon. Our room was ready - pretty big, clean and cosy. Bathroom also OK.
We went to the centre by car (and noticed Vinarska Kooperativa in one of the streets :-) ) and after sightseeing and having eaten dinner we returned, it was already dark.
I was still hungry, the landlady offered grilled chicken legs which I found delicious (they had to launch grill especially for me). We also had a jug of Veltlinske Zelene wine together with food. All that for decent money when compared to the city centre. We were sitting outside in a very quiet neighbourhood.
Breakfast was also very good, IBIS could learn a lot (I especially enjoyed unfrozen forest fruit with yoghurt).
We were surrounded by very polite and helpful personnel all that time.
