The worst place we have ever stayed in.
If you don’t need to sleep during the night book this place.
It is situated above the night club with outdoor space and entertainment so there constant high level of noise during whole night. 
And cars wakes you up in the morning.
Breakfast is pure and quite disgusting so I don’t see a point coming ever back. 
There is a note on the door of each room suggesting calling police bit police said they cannot do anything about the noise.

Worst nightmare of noisy place

We stayed one night in the pension in June.The room was very large with plenty of storage. The interior was stylish and the bed was good. We received very nice breakfast in the cafe in the morning. 
Unfortunately, there was no air-conditioning which was a problem on this hot day and night. The room was facing the street and we tried to have the window open but the constant traffic noise from the street was too much (this is a very busy road through the old town even though on the map it looked like a little street behind the church).
Tha bathroom was one of the ultra-modern designs (shower without any door) so when showering, water flooded the whole floor.

Friendly Place but Noisy

After checking in on a Sunday in July, 2018 on a cycling holiday, we discovered the beds had no sheets, there was no toilet paper and the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. We were unable to resolve the issues with the hotel and the cycle tour company promptly moved us to another hotel. The last review on TripAdvisor was 2016 and my last review was not published by TripAdvisor. I am a regular contributor and user of this website. Do not go near this pension.

My worst hotel experience in 30 years

(I didn't stay in the hotel but dined in their restaurant.) What initially appeared to be a perfectly decent place with a pleasant terrace turned out to be a huge disappointment. Service was friendly enough but the food was the worst kind possible: pretentious yet amateurish, mismatched taste-wise and hugely overpriced. The wine was of the cheapest variety sold for a lot of money. Avoid if possible.

Horrible cuisine

I spent here two weeks. The personnel is friendly and helpful, trying the best. At the height ot the season the rooms facing the streets could be noisy, especially on friday and saturday nights because of the few bars next door. The upper rooms facing the courtyard are quiet, but small. There is a little problem with the sound isolation between the rooms, you can hear other guests flushing etc. But the atmosphere is good, the interior is stylish, and staff is really cordial.

Friendly place

Having stayed in this pension earlier, soon after it opened, I can say that standards have slipped a little as regards the breakfast which is now merely average but with good coffee. No freshly squeezed orange juice but not even orange juice only orange squash which is a needless & annoying economy! If you have a room next to the road it can be a little noisy. Arriving by car is not easy because of the narrow streets and one way system. Neware that satnavs will direct you to nearby village with the same street address! However, it is possible to park outside with a permit from the hotel. The very good Dada bar is opposite! The person running it when we arrived was excellent though: friendly, relaxed and helpful. If you want to hire a bike, book in advance! The best rooms are on the top floor but being under the roof can get hot. Room prices are good value.

Nice Central Pension But Could Be Better

This address was rightly recommended by the Routard. The hotel is located behind the cathedral (think about booking your parking space if you come by car), clean, comfortable, with a sought after decoration.
