Nice oldish hotel with in a beautiful location in heart of Jesenik spa and great atmosphere. Rooms are nice (I recommend a room with a valley view), bathroom is not up to 4 stars - lower standard. Food was good, mostly like in a  3 star hotel. There is no free spa - you have to book your place at swimming pool or saunas. Plenty to do - mountain hiking, cycling, it is near city center of town Jesenik.

Beautiful 4 star hotel in the heart of Jesenik

The performance is above the price. It's been a very pleasant and refreshing week here. The staff is very customer-friendly. The wellness applications like Hotstone massage or the iodine spray bath are wonderful and highly recommended. We were here for the first time, but we certainly weren't here for the last time.

Health week

Went here for a 3 day trip because we want to spend a wellness days in the Jeseník mountain.  Services were good like massages, breakfast, a meal in the restaurant. Location has a really perfect walk, and the kids spent an hour in the play Lego center / cafe next door. Problems: long time for check in and check out at the front desk, really not interested employees for a work. Cold at all 3 rooms which we had for 3 days. No room service, Very negatively surprised from Wellness center. Small and not enough time for just 1 hour for stay. Also small pool. Very bad possibilities for lunch and dinner (if you don't order the half board). Overall it was negative stay.

Went here for a day trip because there was not enough snow for skiing.  Turned out to be a really nice day.  We had massages, a meal in the restaurant a nice walk, and the kids spent an hour in the play centre / cafe next door, before we used the pool and went home.  A very affordable and relaxing day trip.

Massage, Meal and a Swim

Had the pleasure of visiting this place for my best mates wedding. And in one word "WOW". 
Facilities amazing, food amazing, accommodation amazing and panoramic views of the whole surroundings out of this world. 
Highly recommend a visit!!!

Wedding of the year!!! 

Jesenik is beautiful city. In fact this hotel is at the top of the hill and the view is marvelous. Still you have to count with the fact that this is a spa area - hotels everywhere and this is a giant one, lots of guests everywhere and it´s quite a rush place. Not for a romantic weekend, but great for 14 days stay with all the spa procedures, walks and relax - depends on what you are searching for.

Be prepared that is place is absolutely quiet at 10PM (older people and everybody is sleeping), but it wakes up around 6AM - somebody could be badly surprised.

Perfect neighbourhood, but giant hotel with all it´s negatives

The hotel is situated in the heart of Jeseniky mountains. It is reachable by bus or taxi from the main bus or train station. The hotel itself is old, of course, but built in a wonderful architectonic style. The room was nothing special. I have to write about the walls, especially. I really hate if I am disturbed by neighbour rooms. I think that walls in this hotel are made of paper, because you can hear just normal speaking, TV, music - not only shouting. Also the balconies are not good. If you are on the first floor, you will have no private space as the terrace is accessible for everybody. 
Service in this hotel is brilliant. Spa was the best I have ever seen in my life. A lot of procedures for very very reasonable prices. All the staff was wonderful. Also the restaurant offers tasty food - breakfasts and dinners were great, great choice, you can eat all you can. But the waiters in the restaurant were very slow - it took ages to get some drink. After 21:00 you have no possibilities to get some drink or food in this hotel - everything is closed except Tuesdays and Fridays - there are dancing evenings there till 23:00. But you wil find nice place few steps around.
If you want to enjoy wonderful spa relax in the heart of the famous mountains, go there.
