Mr Milan Gonda took good care of us, he picked us up at the train station when we arrived, showed us all around including the place we need to visit and all the sightseeing spots, recommended best restaurants in town, drove us everyday, what a great man!  The location of the apartment is perfect, near the beautiful  river Labe, easy access to supermarket and near one of the best restaurant, clean room and quiet place, highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience!

We were very pleased with the quality of the room and the hospitality of the owner. There is nothing to expose here, everything is perfect. Even the quiet location deserves a very good rating. We can call the accommodation absolutely top.

Highly recommended, high quality standard

Gonda apartments are very convenient apartments in Hradec with easy parking facilities and close access to supermarkets and shopping centres. Apartments are spacious , well furnished and very clean. The bathroom is big and also the shower box. Microwave if needed , kettle , fridge and many cupboards for storage and extra cutlery , ironing or hair drying. The owner is fantastic, a very kind person who speaks English and German; he took real good care of us and provided us with fruit , coffee , water and a few beers , not much to add. If you need help with transfers they can be organised! Will be back ! Thank you !

A welcome to the top, very functional, modern, clean and in very good condition apartments, unexpected extras as a bonus! Mr. Gonda folds in four to make the stay as smooth as possible, to find out if you are missing anything.

That's a nice address.

A little far from the city centre (5 minutes by car), the gonda apartment is a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable studios, very clean. Breakfast is varied and Milan is in the minor care. Excellent quality/price ratio.

It's perfect.

Not finding a place in the city centre we ran into the suburbs of Hradec and the in the middle of a modern urban environment and at the same time very close to the forest, is installed the Gonda boarding house, made up of F1 type apartment very well equipped for a reasonable price all furnished with impeccable service breakfast is copious and included in the base price is about 65 euros at night good night

The Service First

Milan Gonda will offer you to come and pick yourself up if you arrive by public transport. The apartment is quiet, spacious, well-arranged with all the modern comforts. Delicate attention was paid to the arrival: fresh beers, bottles of water and fruit and at the start we offer you in addition to water tour tips for the trip. A rich and varied lunch served under a veranda overlooking a very well-maintained garden.

Perfect home and apartment

Apartments with a separate entrance, there is a parking lot 20-30 meters from the entrance. In front of the entrance is a small patio with grass and chairs. In the room (the Pavel apartments lived in) refrigerator, microwave, teapot, dishes. Free Wi-Fi, TV, but not very many channels. The room is very clean, the owner provided a children's bed when he learned that we were coming with a small child. There is a bus stop near the house. The area is very quiet.

Summary
Gonda apartments is a wonderful choice as a base to visit the Czech Republic – beautiful countryside, several lovely castles within a 50 km range. As an exploring base, I much prefer it to Prague. In addition, the town of Hradec Kralové is lovely, situated between two rivers and crowned with its old Town. The apartments are well-equipped, very clean and spacious. And the best feature is the owner himself – Milan Gonda – a more hospitable, helpful, delightful host would be hard to imagine. Gonda apartments deserves its high rating. The host
In many years of travel, I have rarely come across a host as charming and interested in his guests as Milan.  He says that his work is his hobby – and the joy he brings to his work reflects this attitude. His goal is to make each guest feel like a member of his family and he succeeds admirably.

The apartment
There are several apartments all of which, I am sure, are as well-appointed, clean and comfortable as the one I stayed in. And, for those who will be news-starved by the time they arrive, the cable TV provides CNN and BBC! 

Breakfast is provided in a charming pension a few steps away.  The breakfast is substantial, delicious and served attentively in a delightful solarium overlooking a garden – a lovely way to start the day.

The location
Hradec Kralové is approximately an hour’s drive east of Prague, a 1¼ hour bus ride for the traveller without a car, with buses leaving Prague frequently. The apartments are slightly out of the centre of Hradec Kralové, which is a benefit for me, as the area is quiet and green. A local bus runs from the corner to the town Centre, frequently and takes 10 minutes.

When I stayed at Gonda Apartments, it was rated 9.7 by Booking.com – this is an extremely difficult rating to attain and it is well deserved by Milan Gonda.

Highly recommend - great stay!

Gonda Apartments meet all the high standards, very friendly staff, clean and well maintained new house. For my holiday trip, this was optimal. Super-breakfast buffet leaves no wishes open. It was delicious, sufficient and varied (well equipped with ham, sausage, steak, sausage, sausage, bread/bread, etc. plus plenty of fresh fruit and juice.) Average friendly service - very helpful and nice. One could also speak very well German. The owner is very comfortable and always endeavours to satisfy the guests staying in the room.
