Rooms 
The accommodation is at best three star but the whole site has undergone a full facelift. The rooms were fairly clean but the beds are rock hard and all singles.The room has a hot ring sink and microwave hairdryer and kettle and fridge all in a fitted unit. 
Pool
The pool is very clean and well looked after with a very good job done of paving around it but it was sooo cold .
The food 
The best bit very good indeed you can have a breakfast a mix of everything from British fried etc to the healthy stuff and fruit juice tea and coffee and dinner at night is a choice from a list of four which changes each day and never fails to deliver.
Bar 
The bar is good well placed by the pool not bad prices mostly a match for the uk and good service 
Location 
The location is remote this is right on the beach which is spotless with free sun beds and it’s stunning crystal clear water and sand beach.

The catch it’s in the middle of nowhere a taxi to Thassos town is 20 euros each way and some trips don’t run from here so beware 
Also air con in the room is 7 euros a night and the safe which was sat loose in a cupboard is two euros a night plus local tax of 1.5 euros a day so be prepared. 
Would I come back yes for a quiet week but probably try to find a place in Thassos town 

A good quiet location 

We booked Zafira for a short stay, for the second year in a row. We absolutely love this place: the location, the views, the tranquility, the hospitality... The owners are very polite, the apartments very clean and comfortable and the overall atmosphere around the green yard is just bliss! We love Pissouri and we would choose Zafira again in the future.
