We stayed 7 nights in this hotel with my family, and to be honest, I expected much more from a 4 star hotel. The location is good, it could be a great complex, BUT: 
We were in 2 different rooms during our stay, since the first room was just disastrous: there was an underwear under the bed (we got 2 single beds that we pushed to make a double, that's how we found it...), we also found used contact lenses on the bedding, the bathroom was just disgusting and so on... So we asked for another room, which was better, but still a bit dirty . The staff was not quite helpful with this problem, which made it worse, I guess... Some rooms might be better, maybe we were just really unlucky. 
Aaand free wi-fi is barely working. 
The breakfast was okay-ish, dinner a bit boring but the staff here was helpful and kind. 
The beach was really nice, water was warm  and there was an infinity pool with beatiful sea view. 
The neighbourhood is amazing, so it's worth visiting ( we had a day-trip to Rizokarpaso organized by our travel agency, it was the highlight of the whole vacation).

Well..not a 4-star

Although the hotel is located on a main traffic road, it still offers quiet corners when you first enter it. It is a bit like an oasis because it has a beautiful view of the mountains. A tour helps to quickly reach the hotel's beach. Although the visit in February did not speak for all guests against the use of the pool located in the courtyard, it also allowed the use inside. Old room decor is not a problem in principle, but the room should be clean. Unfortunately, this would only be realized by some demands. Several stars earned a house also through the equipment. Watch TV is ok, you can do many in the holidays but not always hang the globe. If you want to advertise stars after the roots, then at least a program should work.

Outside hui - inside could get better.

During our stay in February, we get the impression that this hotel already seems quite inhabited. The air conditioning, outdoor windows and doors have obviously been changed recently. Our room had a TV (tube + 1 German cartoon station), a nice balcony with sea and parking views, BAD (requires renovation), comfortable beds. The pools were cold according to the season. Indoor pool, sauna and yakuzzi are cold. Dining room is nice and clean. Menus are good and plentiful.

Tour hotel during our tour of Northern Cyprus

We stayed at this hotel during our trip through Cyprus. The location is excellent - very close to the sea. From the hotel there is an underground passage that facilitates the access to the sea, in order to avoid crossing the street. It's somewhere between 3 and 4 stars, still a very clean hotel and polite staff. 
The hotel has a nice garden and pool, next to the restaurant area. An additional pool is next to the sea. 
I would suggest you take only breakfast within the hotel, as for lunch/dinner there are several good and affordable restaurant options close to the hotel. Just make sure to have Turkish Lira instead of euro/usd. About 200 meters from the hotel (both right and left) you can find ATMs - they give only Turkish Lira. Anyway, most of the restaurants around accept cards - just check before :-)

Decent stay

One of the best 4-star hotels in the Lapta region. Large hotel with reception and lobby bar. In winter with open fireplace. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Good food, nice rooms, but small double beds. An outdoor pool in the hotel's courtyard, a hall bath, sauna, a pool by the sea and sandy beach. All in all, a good hotel!
