Worst of all, there is no cleanliness, it is a structural cost, even if it is necessary to pay for certain hotel rooms that are his property.

Upon arriving at the hotel on September 22, the reception of the carpet was very good since we entered the hotel, a very nice and attentive lady requested the room without breakfast, fortunately the hotel mode did not exist with breakfast and yet is offered in the sales offices. Upon arriving at the room we realised that the spirit was rotten and there was no hot water. We switched to four rooms in which one of them had no water force and remained without hot water. The hotel has a very nice colonial style but needs a remodeling. The rooms have a very strong humidity reviewer. The two days we stayed at the hotel there was no response to hot water in the room. In addition, according to hotel regulations, rooms must be cleaned in those two days.

Hotel Dos Mares is located in the heart of the city.

We enjoyed it, but the work team is very professional and attentive, a variety of food is very good and the rooms are very comfortable, the animation team is fantastic and very fun, thanks to them our stay was spectacular.

Excellent... It's the right word, the clean, beautiful bedroom, private bathroom and air conditioning, the very good location, accessible to the beach... But the most beautiful thing about that hotel is its human talent, from the reception, watchmen, waitresses, waitresses... All EXCELENT AND MUCH LOVED... I felt like I was with a family... I would like a thousand times more.....Thank you all.

Our stay with the family was short, but enough to find that it was a very good option for staying on this excellent beach in Cuba. Good cleanliness, well-equipped rooms, very friendly staff and prepared in the folder, bar, restaurant and room service. Old and well-preserved furniture. Very central location, with nearby markets and different options for lunch and dinner, always the mode of stay we selected in Dos Mares was for accommodation and breakfast only. It is also very close to afternoon/night leisure spots such as the Boulevard, The Beatles and the Josque. Thank you and wish you all the best.

On Friday October 29th 2021, we came back in our room, our computers were stolen and the same happened to our neighbor. There was no effraction but theives must have known how easy it is tp get in. The management reimbursed the other client who could show some kind of effraction. Globally, management did not offer us any thing (neither a small reimbursement nor a voucher). I asked if they could at least change the lockers but I believe they will never do it. You should always put your belongings in the safe and avoid bungalow 7 as no camera is looking at it.

Wonderful hotel, I loved its rooms, very friendly staff, excellent food, I would visit it again, it hurts for those people who think differently and what they do when they comment horrible things is damage the image without reason of tourism in Cuba.

I don't recommend it because of the structural situation and the maintenance of the room. 1 noisy air, old and poorly maintained coffee shop. Many people outside the hotel waiting for transport giving a bad image. Noisy area. Gastronomy expensive.

A to avoid

Upon early arrival ...was allowed to check in no problem, also had exchange for Canadian money in the lobby. Good rate as well. Very close to beach directly behind the hotel.  Rooms come equipped with A/C,  fridge, and bathroom.  Hotel came complete with restaurant and coffee lounge/ bar.
