In recent days, I have visited the Hotel Balcón del Caribe with my husband and I can say that since arrival it was great from the very moment it was in the folder and received me, the treatment of the pool dependents, the very good and accessible offer, the beer was always there to cool the heat, and the mojito, the view to the Caribbean sea, all of which together made me have a great day.

It's a hotel that leaves me speechless, because ever since it arrived I've been impressed, I've been very well served, and the offers were good, the cold beer, the rich and elaborate food, the divine swimming pool, the clean and refreshing water that's what we want in the summer, ideal for taking photos and having them as a souvenir, because that sea view seems to me to be unique in Cuba, I'd like you to repeat this wonderful experience again, this place makes you feel at home, because it pleases your sights and makes you feel good.

Vacationing in the Caribbean Balcony

It has a wonderful view, is cozy and very affordable. I found it clean and the treatment of the workers to the guests is magnificent. The buffet is very modest, I really expected a little more, but generally enjoyed the stay.

Divine, we had an incredible time with my friends and me. The drink is reasonably priced to be a hotel, and they have very cheap food deals. The show was divine. The atmosphere is ideal, and it's full, so I recommend booking an appointment at the hotel you'll stay at.

It is painful to talk about the poor service in the restaurant, starting with the quality of the food that is poorly processed and cold in some dishes.At breakfast, the supply of yogurt is not maintained and the removal of the cold area at very long intervals, leaving the empty area as a result of cola.The repository without variety only rice with milk and fruit sandwiches.I consider that part of the staff lacks professionalism.

Very disappointed.

It turns out that when I visited this hotel everyone was entitled to 2 liquids per dinner, which was not the case.On the first night everything went well as they gave all the liquids but on the second night the waitress as I was a minor told me that I was only entitled to one liquid.

A small contatiempo.

I've been enjoying the services of this hotel for a few years. I'm very kind. The manager and staff are courteous and quite confident. The staff is professional and very nice. Although they speak Spanish with a little English and the desire to communicate, they can spend a quiet holiday. It's out of the center and so very quiet. I would like to review the kitchen to make it more suitable for tourists who don 't want to stay in the center and relax in the tranquility of the view of the Caribbean sea.

Love it the view ..the rooms ...the people...all staff except for one ....front desk guy need manners works evenings.....but the crew the brothers theres are great my cleaning lady Juanita beautiful person ...services great food needs to be a bit better but great what more to you want its cuba and I love it and the Morro nice ....I went there twice in Agusto 2017 and Nove 2017 ...and going again cuz when I left the was remoderling... will love to see how nice it looks
