Assertive experience, all the super nasty and unprofessional workers, changing hotel entrance and exit every 2 hours, the room a disgusting one, and not to mention the food and breakfast, mosque panes and syrup refresco... finally if you want to throw away the money better if you drink it because this hotel is worse than my university scholarship.

It was a horrible experience.

We have stayed in this hotel and the staff has taken care of us as best they can, from the reception, to the technician, the security staff and, of course, the catering service, with insuperable kindness. giving us a deal for me of 10. The country is going through a very difficult time with which we cannot demand luxuries. No is richer who has more than the one who needs the least. If you want luxuries Cuba is not a destination but if you want to find humble and good people please choose the Tulip Hotel. Highlight the restoration staff with an unsurpassed human quality!

A few months ago, I went to this hotel to get your services, because I stayed in Havana until late and needed an accommodation. I called the reception desk and made a reservation. I just needed to stay overnight at the hotel, I would dine at a nearby restaurant. I needed to go to the reception desk, but the security officer forbade me to enter because I was going to short. He thought I would go shopping in the hotel store, so he wouldn't let me pretend to be dressed in a short. Nor could I just go shopping in the store. At the end I explained, he had even made a reservation. When he learned that I was staying at a short reception desk with me and that I had to spend the night in the lobby of the reception to go to a restaurant, the security officer told me that I had never been allowed to go shopping in the hotel store, so he never even allowed me to talk to the hotel's guests.

Poor experience.

Bad service at the hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever known, unfortunate attention, a lack of education. If you don't want to work, easy, quit and leave your seat to others. Bad hotel. Avoid having a bad time. Then stay at the Be Live Copacabana de La Habana y el Habana Libre (formerly Hilton)....., where if you know how to serve the customer, the Tulipán is embarrassing.

The worst hotel in the world

My experience with the Tulipan Hotel was unfortunately very miserable. Once again I came to Cuba, unfortunately still 5 nights of quarantine. After an unusually long flight, plus 45 minutes of delay, plus over 1 hour of waiting time on the transfer bus, you will first be received by very unfriendly and of course only Spanish-speaking (English hardly understand) staff. The hotel itself is very nice, but the rooms, at least in my spot, Corona and not at all. There is no better room on the bed, as well as on the pillow. Especially the dirty room stain. Yellow stain, wish. What makes the maid of the room, after my repeated requests to clean the room stain?

Big mistake of decision

For the housing is fine...but the personal work is pesimooo horrible ending..without any kind of education..bad form..you can't ask for anything..horrible the treatment of k no te dan deceo d darles tips to anyone...no serving anyone of the staff of that hotel.

The hotel has been modest in terms of infrastructure, but it has its charm, its unparalleled staff, its personalized attention and willingness to immediately overcome any novelty, I have felt very well served, especially by being locked up in the room due to the covid. They pass the temperature every day and know how you are. Breakfast, lunch and room food. The meals are well presented and elaborate. Isolation from the coronavirus pandemic

The hotel is well located according to my place of stay (centre of the Plaza de la Revolución), others may not go well for me. The facilities I couldn't enjoy because during the time of isolation I didn't have to leave the hotel, so I only observe them at arrival and departure, and the clean and well-groomed vibes, as well as the room I'm touching, which even had an air conditioner approved for me (centre of the Plaza de la Revolución), I don't see the rest but the hotel looks pretty big. In my experience, being a 3-Star is good enough.

The attention of the staff is ok but the hotel is heavy, or the room they gave me is the worst: 1- black mushrooms on the wall 2-white curtains that let the light in at all hours 3- the balcony doorway 5- horrible breakfast 6- telephone help always occupied 7- the hotel room repairs and at 4 am a noise 8- wanting water during the day, are 6pm and there is no running water 9- the phone in the room does not serve 10- there is no wifi signal which in addition to being confined these secluded parts I paid almost 300 dollars for all this terrible!
