The girl at the front desk while she was recording me kept talking to other people on the staff, not paying attention to the customer, and when I asked her to wake up at six, she was almost disturbed and said that the automatic alarm system was not working.

Unjustifiable

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, although the lift was tiny!  The room was fine and the bathroom perfectly functional.  My companion had stayed here before and advised that we avoid the dinner, so we walked up the road to a small outdoor restaurant and had a pleasant meal there instead.  Breakfast was OK.  The staff were very pleasant and helpful, particularly the receptionist who spent some time finding us a quiet room with only one neighbour (after a bad experience in our previous hotel).  I would stay here again.

I want to emphasize the kindness and professionalism of the workers, good hygiene and compliance with COVID-19 protection measures.

Last Saturday, around 3pm, we went to a group of Cubans and Cubans to enjoy the football game and celebrate the 35th wedding anniversary of a few friends.On arriving at the bar on the second floor, the waitress (Yeni) denied us the possibility of watching the sport, with the justification: the situation of the country.She had the TV on a reggetton channel, and no customer of the audience was aware of this.She did not allow us to talk to the other customers to ask her permission and change the channel.She said it was her intention.She requested the presence of the Manager (Yanaima), who never responded to our call.

It's not very well treated.

Located on the outskirts of the city, on the way to the Tunes, but with nearby services, cafes, garages, shops, etc. it is also easy to access it, whether by motor taxi, horse-drawn car or bi-taxis. the terminal viazul is not far from it. the quality of sleep in the rooms is very good, although the television is still old. It has hot water all day, which is appreciated, but the shower needs a change. the bar in the courtyard, is well stocked and with good service, diligent cantos. the restaurant is not the most recommended, best to eat in the city, even the breakfast is slow, and with little variety. but the site is generally pleasant, spacious green areas and a cool breeze that requires you to have a luxurious stay if you are not counting on the luxurious beaches.

To enjoy Camaguey

In the Lobby Bar you can find the best pizza cola, very attentive staff, grateful for the visits, on the second floor have a good coffee or go to the pool and enjoy a festive atmosphere, very attentive musicians and staff, simple, modest, clean rooms, and in the reception always ready, professional and attentive staff.

Our hotel was under repair so tour guide had to get another hotel for a group of 31. Not a great choice... The bed was horrible. I don't expect a hilton bed but at least a sheet where 1 person can cover themselves and a "fitted" sheet big enough to cover the ends of the bed. It was not a place id ever stay again. dirty and the wiring was dangerous.... I didn't even want to touch the curtains to see "a view". YUK YUK YUK But if you have water slippers the shower had a good flow of water. and flushed well.

Slept like a soldier

A positive surprise with this hotel of the Cuban chain Islazul. Very modest but correct hotel. Old but better maintained facilities than other similar hotels in Cuba. A little further from the center. The restaurant is better than other Islazul hotels. Old but comfortable accommodation.

The hotel was okay, but nothing special worth mentioning to be honest. Room, beds and bathroom are decent. Breakfast buffet wasn't available. Therefore standard breakfast served at the tables. I don't mind waiting a while but service was exceptionally slow.

Average stay

It has very classic but very well-maintained facilities, the food is delicious and the service is top-notch.We had wifi throughout our stay and the cleaning of the room we made daily leaving an amenity as a courtesy detail of the hotel.
