Smoking in a guest bedroom will also result in a GBP 100 room recovery charge in order for the property to restore your room back to a smoke-free condition.

Please make sure that you take out adequate travel Insurance before you stay with Lacey's Guest House, especially if you make use of the services of Condor Ferries. Bookings made for stays in relation to Condor Ferry sailings are not transferable or refundable in the event of non-sailing due to mechanical failure or bad weather.
