Due to government regulations aimed at reducing waste, starting from January 1, 2025, hotels in Taiwan will restrict the use of disposable toiletries (such as shower cap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.). Guests are encouraged to bring their own items.

Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) circumstances, after onsite measurement guests’ whose forehead temperature is above 37.5 °C or ear temperature is above 38 °C might be rejected for accommodations as per the government's regulations.
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) circumstances, those who are requested by the government to undergo household quarantine or home isolation will be rejected as per the government’s regulations.

Extra person will be charged an additional fee:
1) Maximum 1 child under 5 years old or under 110 CM stays free on existing bed per room. The additional person will be considered adult.
2)Children 5 years or above 110 CM and above are considered adults and will be charged TWD 500 per person onsite with breakfast included.
3)Extra bed is charged TWD 800 with breakfast included. Extra bed is not an electric blanket.
