City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.50 per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.25 Euro per person per night in Barcelona (1 Euro in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.75 Euros per person, per night in Barcelona (0.50 Euros in Catalonia).

Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform Hotel Rosamar Maxim 4*- Adults Only in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Drinks are not included in meal plans. Please note, once check-in has been made, in case of cancellation or modification, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded. Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card provided in the reservation upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. At the time of confirming the reservation you will receive an e-mail with a link asking you to pay for the first night or the full amount depending on the rate booked. The payment must be not later than the following 24 hours. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. Covered parking: EUR 24 from April 14 to 17, from May 25 to September 25 and every Saturday during the season. Rest of days 18EUR. For those who booked Halfboard, the dinner will be served Rosamar Es Blau or Rosamar & Spa, depending on availability. Please note that from the 2024 season the Rosamar Maxim will be an Adults Only for +21 guests.
