Employees have the right to determine the boundaries of violations of ethical and behavioral norms, which as a result negatively affect the comfort of other guests, force other guests to complain and make claims to the apart-hotel and its employees, create an excuse to damage the reputation of the hotel, provoke possible financial damage, and the formation of a negative attitude towards the hotel. A similar opinion of two employees is sufficient to make a decision on termination of the residence agreement or refusal to conclude such an agreement.
