Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the apartment prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for local cuisine breakfast: PHP 150 for adults and PHP 150 for children (approximately)
• Self parking fee: PHP 100 per day
• Early check-in fee: PHP 100 (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fees vary based on length of stay and unit size
• Rollaway bed fee: PHP 600.0 per day

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: PHP 500.0 per stay
• A 10.0 percent city/local tax will be charged
• Cleaning fee: PHP 200 per room, per stay

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
