◆We do not exchange amenities such as sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, pajamas, toothbrushes, razors, etc., nor do we exchange face towels, bath towels, or bath mats.
◆Rooms and bathrooms will not be cleaned or made up and will be left as they were when you left.
◆If you would like to have your room cleaned and face towels, bath towels, and bath mats replaced during your stay, we will do so for a fee.
◆We will replenish amenities as needed. (Charged).
★Use of the cafe
Due to the effects of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), we do not offer food and beverage services at the hotel, but you can bring your own food to the cafe. Water servers (cold and hot water), microwave ovens, and toasters (Balmuda ,pop-up toasters) are freely available for use. Tableware is also available for rent, please ask at the front desk if you would like to use it.
Light meals (evening and breakfast) can be prepared for JPY 300(By reservation only).

Please inform the hotel of your food and beverage preferences at least one day prior to your check-in date so that they can provide them to you upon check-in. If you do not contact us by the day before the check-in date, we will not be able to prepare the food and beverages.
The fee will be charged at the time of check-in (The food will be available for purchase on the day of check-in. Please allow for substitutions in unforeseen circumstances).
