The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 1:00 AM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 8 PM to receive dinner. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the rate plan.

Know Before You Go

• Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for continental breakfast: JPY 1210 per person (approximately)
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies)
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies)
• Hosted evening meal: JPY 10000
