Alcohol is strictly not allowed at the property.
Car parking is available at no additional charge and subject to availability. Guests planning to arrive by car are requested to contact the property in advance.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding mattress.
Joiners or visitors are not allowed in the residential area except for the lobby. Otherwise, charges will be applied. Please contact the property for more information.
The property accepts bookings only from non-local guests. Guests whose residence is within the same city as the property will not be allowed to check in.
The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.
Early check-in is subject to availability.
Late check-out is subject to availability.
