• [Sep 18, 2023 - Oct 9, 2023] Temporary traffic management measures will be adopted during the Asian Games: from September 18 to October 9, 2023, from 7:00 to 20:00 every day (the opening and closing ceremonies of the Asian Games on September 23 and October 8 will be extended to 24:00), on all roads within the G2504 Hangzhou Ring Expressway (inclusive), the following management measures will be implemented: small and micro passenger vehicles with Zhejiang A license plates will be subject to the last Arabic numeral of the motor vehicle license plate. `Odd numbers, even days and even numbers` are allowed to pass; small and micro passenger cars with non-Zhejiang A license plates are prohibited from passing.
