I made reservation at 4 P.M. and I wrote note to the owner via booking.com that I should be at Panorama rooms around 10-11 P.M the same day(left my phone number in case of any problems). I didn't notice, that check in is until 8 P.M. (my mistake). Because of bad weather and problem with navi, I ve arrived 15 minutes after 11 P.M. When I ve arrived no one was waiting for me. Everything was closed, lights turned off..... Booking.com and then The owner took my money and do not want to give it back, because the owner is a little lier... She(or he) lies that, she (or he) was waiting for us only because she ( or he) does not want to give around 60 EURO back :). Be aware, that the owner of this place is not honest... If I know that I wont be able to give you service, I tell you that and I am taking money from you.... It simple but not for PANORAMA ROOMS !

SCAM !!!

This is by far the worse place I have ever stayed! We booked a private room for three of us and we were put into a dorm that was meant for six however, they shoved 7 of us in on top of each other. When we asked about our private room we were told that a Saturday night in Split was busy and we were lucky to have a room at all. We were never given keys and the front door was left open along with our bedroom door. As three girls we felt very very unsafe here. The room was discusting dirty, cramped and my bunk bed had no ladder to get down. We were also short changed and management was rude. After speaking to the other people in our dorm we found out that he had scammed them the same way. They are no private rooms in this hostel! I would warn everyone to stay away from this hostel at all costs, you would be safer and more comfortable sleeping on the side of the road.

Scamorama Rooms!

Place is a scam, please avoid at all costs! First we had booked a private room for 3. we were put in a dorm and charged the same price for a private room, owner of hostal short changed me, told me he would be back in 35 minutes with a key for the dormitory and my change.. He did not return! Place was filthy, showers were disgusting not cleaned, flooded, bunk beds broken, we ended up with 7 girls in a 6 bed dorm, WiFi doesn't work, very hard to find the place no one on arrival to greet us had to phone 3 different numbers before we could get hold of someone to let us in! Absolute scam

我和朋友因為提早規劃旅行，很早就訂這家住宿了。但也許三月以後他換過主人，變得非常糟糕。騙錢，不守信用，我們付了比實際價格更多的金錢，然後說晚點等他有錢再找我們，請我們先去逛逛，因為房內還有一個女人和小孩，我們以為這樣的畫面應該就是安全了，就放心的出去。沒想到回來後，沒找錢就算了，還找不到人⋯
他也沒有給鑰匙（說會找到插在我們門上），結果跟錢、主人一樣都沒有出現！我們睡得很不安穩，不敢留物品在房內。

我們經歷一晚非常糟的旅館經驗，認真檢討發現做錯了一件事，那就是沒有仔細閱讀這間的評價，完全被他以前累積的分數所蒙蔽了。

因此，我們希望這樣錯誤的選擇不要再降臨其他旅客身上。

!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT COME!!!!!!!!!

My friend and I planned the trip early in February, so we saw the reviews was high before March. However we think it might change the host. Everything change dramatically. 
The host is a cheat, we paid more the charge and get nothing back. But he said he had no change at that moment, we believe him. And he disappeared just like the key, so we slept latently, carefully, only because we are afraid someone will crash into our room......
The room is smelling bad and rough, not even worth to stay a second.... and ask for money to stay is only make you feel bad in such a beautiful holiday!!!!
Try to read more comments via different websites, I am one of the victims. Just hope no one will cheat by him again.

極致糟糕，騙錢！ Scam！

The rooms were completely run down, dirty and  smelly. Although it's fairly cheap and well located it is not worth a thought spending a night there. Toilets and Bathrooms haven't been cleaned for quite a while. Toilet seat was missing. Extremely rude owner, who was instantly making pressure to get his money when we arrived.  No Towels and bed linen provided. Extremely noisy appartment.

This hostel probably was worth the money last year but was completely neglected during the last winter so reviews and photos from 2016 are not representative anymore.

We paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1, as it was horrible.
