Our host is very nice,friendly and welcoming. Our room and bathroom are impeccably clean. Very calm and comfortable. Close to the green market, cafes and beautiful places to walk. The rooms are located in the narrow center of Rijeka, near the theater. 5+ for everything ! Picture is a view for our little,sweet balcony

Me and my friends had everything we needed and the owner was constantly at our disposal, very friendly and kind! The apartment was nice, cozy and clean, th location is ideal! We'll be coming back for sure :)

Warm and friendly staff

Our room was small but very cosy and nice. The bed was firm and more than big enough for two. Bathroom was a bit small but it does not matter. The hosts was very nice. We got our laundry done for free and we got a lot of information about Rijeka. I would gladly live there again. 

Cosy, high value, location 

It's hard to find, but it's a normal old house, the rooms themselves are on the third floor, the facilities are simple but convenient, children's rooms with floors and bedrooms, the reception was very nice, it's a family business, it's right on the harbor, and you'll be awakened by the fish market, depending on the day of the week.

Very centrally located

I was so happy staying at Central Rooms Demetrova. The couple who own the rooms are so friendly and helpful. They live in the building so if you need any help or tips on what to do/ how to get around you can tap on your door, but otherwise nobody bothers you and you feel very much at home. The rooms are spotless and cozy. Location is perfect, next to harbor/channel. 

Great experience 

The surroundings are a bit down. Rooms are on the third floor. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, you should consider taking everything with you. There are no parking spaces, you can park in front of the port, as long as there is nothing to do until late at night. And you have to reach the host by phone. There is no reception. For short trips, the room is still recommended. It was clean and spartanly furnished. WLan was not very good to use, but free. However, the location is very central and the city can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Recommended weekend stay

My wife and I slept one night at the end of October at this facility: a cozy and comfortable room, perfectly matching the description! I add with a really kind, open and cordial couple, with the husband who welcomed us and provided us with a map and first advice, followed by the equally kind and caring wife!!!! We will certainly return to them, who contributed greatly to making our first meeting with this beautiful city very pleasant. I add that they did not hesitate to accept our request for a change of reservation, without any charge. A compliment also to a friend and neighbor of theirs, Mr. Agostino, who did not hesitate to help by calling the owners of the facility!!! Thank you very soon, thank you very much,

What a lovely welcome!

On the central street of Korzo, you will find this very clean, quiet B&B/rental room, located on the main street of Rijeka, with everything you need for a short stay at a low price.

Good accommodation

Location is very convenient, in central park of Rijeka and easily accessible from train and bus station.
Rooms are neat and clean, there is also a small kitchen in the room. WiFi in the room was fast.
Owners are very helpful and the stay is budget friendly.

Very friendly staff and pleasant stay

fantastic location two steps from downtown and the giant parking lot of downtown, in the middle of the market area where, thanks to the super welcoming and detailed attention of the owner, we found out that there are costumes in the mornings until 2 pm, and that you can taste, at low prices, typical food even from the kiosks, consuming them then in the bars, simply buying a coffee or a drink... very available and courteous staff, really, received us beyond check in time, I couldn't find the place (bad browser case), so on the phone he led me to destination..you gave us a plant where he wrote us where and where to see, eat, in full savings and quality... St (x) choice, clean, supportive and not to say anything, which I definitely didn't want to say...
