She's a nice, clean, and kind mistress who speaks very good Italian for those who need it, and she suggested a great place to eat and a cheap car park by the waterfront, and the only problem is paying in cash, since they don't accept any kind of card, even ATMs.

A night at the river

Honestly, save your money. 
The whole place smells like cigarets, lady doesn’t speak a word of English meaning it’s almost impossible to communicate, rooms are expensive for what you get, she doesn’t accept credit card meaning don’t try to book with a website, she’ll ask for cash when you arrive and you’ll have to cancel the online booking.
Bring your own towels, they offer some tiny hand towels.
Overall, horrible.

Don’t come here

Central hotel but overlooking an urban motorway: not to be expected to be quiet and to have clean air... Spacious but decorative room, faulty electrical outlet in the bathroom and apparent electrical cables.

Hotels to Avoid

It's an acceptable accommodation to stay overnight.The location was very good, next to the main street and right next to the FlixBus stop.The city is not bad for a walk, but it's not ideal for staying for several days if you're going to Croatia.

Accommodation to stay the night.

The room is furnished in a simple way but is equipped with television and air conditioning, both of which are perfectly functioning. The bathroom in our room was small but clean. The hostess speaks perfectly Italian and is very kind. Ideal for those looking for a place to stay for one or two nights.

Comfortable and affordable

If it weren't for the location on the 4th floor without an elevator, the place would be perfect... comfortable and clean room, clean bathroom, free and fast Wi-Fi, very careful and prepared manager, fantastic location, right in front of the bus terminal and a couple steps from Korzo.

Hotel to climb

After checking in at the room at Rooms Cristal Roche, disappointment, the bathroom was dirty, a power plug outside the wall in the same bathroom and some pipes sticking out of the wall, the walls were dirty, no light bulbs in all lamps, in one corner of the room was like a storage, old mattresses, lamps... The bed was old and totally uncomfortable, we had trouble to sleep and my back was sore after... Skip this property if possible.

Skip it!

Me and my partner have stayed one night in a small room on the fourth floor of a building with no elevator. Since we're not in our 50s, that didn't pose a problem. The room itself is small with a nice double bed and an adjacent private bathroom of similarly small proportions. I had some trouble using the toilet due to cramped space, but nothing overly bothersome. The host was nice and welcoming, and we had no problems during our stay. 
The only real issue I would name is the thickness of the walls (or lack thereof) since the voices from other rooms carried. 
I would say this is a good place (especially being that close to the main bus station) for spending a night or two if you don't need any luxury, just a shower and a place to sleep.

Small simple and cheap

This is the worst apartment I've ever been in. The rooms are located in a four floor without lift and the checkout is a 10AM. But this is not the worst thing, the quality of the beds is simply not acceptable, I think I've never slept in a worse bed.

The lady is very kind and speaks very well Italian. The rooms are on the fourth floor without an elevator. Our room was equipped with a TV, air conditioning and bathroom in the room. Simple, but clean furniture.
