I went down there for a short stay and the manager was kind enough not to ask in advance. Besides, the staff are very helpful and polite. The residence is well located (on the side of the road ), quiet, secure and close to many shops. The housekeeping is done every day except Sunday and the wifi goes well. Only the bemol: the kitchen made at the residence's restaurant that would win would be improved. I highly recommend!!!

Good quality price ratio

It is a place with nice studios, very friendly employers and in a quiet, safe area, with access to many taxis. The palces offers free wifi and is close to pharmacies and restaurants. It also has a small pool.

Quiet place and very well located.

The plus: - Well located (garden street) in a long street lined with residences and shops of all kinds (restaurant, clothing...). - If you want to shop, this is the place to be. - Extremely courteous staff, available, you'll be at your fingertips. - The room is just what you need, with a very convenient American kitchen corner when you want to eat on site (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and dishwasher...). - The Internet is streamlined and works very well. - Reservation made without asking for advance, which is very commercial. - Quiet (except during daytime rates) and security connectivity. - The least - The rent of the property (clean gray-headed carpet) would not be necessary. - The rooms on the top of the bathroom (including the bathroom) will be very clean, but the rooms on the top of the bathroom (including the bathroom) will be very clean.

I've chosen the furnished studio. In the backyard. Clean room with kitchen and water room. Very welcoming and supportive staff. Positive location: convenience and transportation nearby. Easy access. Possibility to eat on site. And get yourself eaten. Clean pool. Negative location bathroom a little old. A little work and painting will be welcome. Affordable price. I recommend.

It's a nice little place.

Just for a short stay, a comfortable room, cleanliness still desirable, on a street with many shops, smiling staff, pool looks clean but never got a chance to try.

Not bad for a short stay.

I was feeling generous, so I gave 2 stars.  That is mainly becasue the internet worked.  The photos of this place are well taken.  They give the impression of somewhere much better that it really is.  This is no more than than a basic guest house.  The rooms are fairly clean but scruffy.  The real problem was that there were frequent and long power failures in the area and they do not have a backup generator.  Lighting does have a battery supply, but no power for air conditioners or charging anything.  So hot rooms and no way to work easily.

I had planned to eat at the restaurant, but whoever was running it was not intereted in serving anyone.  Some locals had to ask 3 times to get drinks, so no chance for me.  I went elsewhere.

The pool looked OK.  The water was clear, but i did not get chance to use it.

It is overpriced for the standard offered.

Basic guest house

A week spent together at the St. Jean residence! very nice billboard setting in a beautiful setting with a nice swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with kitchen for the large rooms. The staff is welcoming and available. The neighborhood is very chic and secure. For outings to the restaurant it is really the ideal place. There is quite a good restaurant nearby. A few small inconveniences related to ongoing plumbing work.. but without gravity. The showers are however very small. Residence recommended to vacationers, families and very convenient for long stays.

Stayed 3 nights for a long weekend and annoyed my stay ... Good food, calm environment with nice and available staff.

Only issue was the noise made by both other guests (having a reception I think ) and sometimes staff talking to each other from distance.... Would recommend for a short and relaxed stay.

By the way the Internet was very unstable

Very charming place! The room was clean and I loved the comfort of my bed. The hotel is well located, in a nice and safe neighborhood and close to restaurants and shops. Also, the staff is extremely welcoming and will make sure that all your needs are met!
I highly recommend!

Amazing place to be with your husband. Really pleasant environment. Lovely customer service. I really enjoyed the time I spent in this Residence, and surely recommend it. The room was clean and affordable.
