Just don 't go here unless you're interested in laundry of your clouths... bad service, no one around except a creepy character claiming to be the owner. Way below any expectation expectations and i mean any

Garbage...

Good luck with this one if you can even find it.  Booked this hotel on Expedia, during the Fiestas at Palmares a very popular time in January, showed up and they said it was closed and lost the money I had paid -- AVOID

If you can even find it 

The first and last time we visited the place we found a neglected, dirty, and poorly serviced place that we assumed was the owner's. He never offered us anything to eat or drink, never enabled us the Jacuzzi area where we also saw clothes that we assumed were his, allowed single men to enter and also the character in question had a strong smell of liquor and if he wanted to take advantage of my partner, he also noted that it is extremely expensive for what they offer.

The worst of the worst.

First, be aware this is an adult only facility, aimed at creating couples experiences. Not for the shy or easily freaked out. 
We visited a couple times and place seemed simple but OK for the price and location.
Last time we visited though, it was a mess. Seems noone is taking care of it anymore. the pool was disgusting, green water and yellowish stuff around edges and steps. Sun lounge chairs were dirty and covered in fallen leaves and fruits, not even a rag passed on them for several days. 
We asked for 2 beers and 2 water bottles. They charged in advance, for 4 beers actually, as owner was about to leave and seems noone else can take a credit card without him. What they sent up to pool, where we waited, was a dirty cooler, with 1 litter room-temperature beer bootle and no water. There was a hair floating on the ice. We decided it was too much and started to leave. They went as far as offering a free stay, which at this point seemed pointless, but didnt care to cancel the $60 something dollars we paid for not using the disgusting pool or pool area, the beer we returned with hair float, unopened, and the water we never saw. I assumed they would have the decency to cancel charge to our card, and I was proved wrong. 
It cost us $60, it cost them a client, and I will recommend you reader, to keep looking. Costa Rica has so much better places than this.

Dissapointing

Last weekend we met the hotel, however by the nature of the place I want to put new and young couples in a particularly awkward situation so that we can pass them by, and avoid a very bad time and experience.In the afternoon I arrive with a gentleman, who was very kind, actually seemed very kind and helpful, who immediately notices me that the young couple was very charming to me, and I was looking for any pretext to be close to entering the room, until it was a little uncomfortable, but bearable.In the hours of the night, we again heard the door of the room, and we decided not to open it, and we also took advantage of the call of the reception, which was very easy to ask, and I was very afraid that the couple was looking for a very easy time, and I was sure that the young couple was not leaving my place, and we were definitely looking for something new, just like where the gentleman and gentleman were sitting, and so far as the room was, so it was a little uncomfortable, but I would likewise say, if we were to stay close to the room, we would always make contact with the gentleman

Be careful!

A nudist hotel that caters for anyone. We had an amazing time, we even met people to spend time with on our own or group it was great. Just to feel you can wander anywhere and be completely free from the constriction of clothes and criticism of society. We will be back no doubt about it!
