La Palapa Eco Lodge Resort

I was with my husband in this junk, what this woman that is the owner, calls an hotel, just for a few hous, and we had to run away because this is not an hotel, but a place where you will meet a crazy woman full drunk, that says to everyone that she is the new owner. This place is almost abandoned, because no one, not even the locals stay for even very low orices, because the place is full of cockroaches, mouse droppings all over the rooms. This woman send us to another room and the place was also without been cleaned, but the most incredible part was, she was walking with us with a glass full of wine al all times. We talked with some other american clients that they were also not going to stay because they room was also in no condition to sleep, for the same reasons. We have traveled all over the would and I would like to advise all tourist NOT TO GO to this hell in Costa Rica. I will be sending a complaint to the ministery of tourism to close this place as soon as possible, because this is just half way to get a desease in Costa Rica. We talked with people of the village near by, and they told us that La Palapa, as a desgrace since this woman from Canada bought the place. GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE CALLED: LA PALAPA ECOLODGE RESORT.
