They were very kind to accept a reserve without any deposit (what I understood is their standard). The tv at the rooms are quite old. I got a room with an old pedestal fun, which did not stay at the same place and was moving around in the room (literally), and made some noise while doing it. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

Close the Olaya Herrera airport, but for their price I would expect more

It is well located in relation to the Olaya Herrera airport (in the city center), for business trips it is well, it has little to do with the journey. But I think that for that price you can find a better hotel. It has no elevator, nor anyone to help with luggage.

What is necessary

It was early in February that I actually arrived at this hotel by pure and physical chance, I had a reservation in another hotel that they did not want to help me with my booking and check-in time, so desperate to know where to go I picked up a taxi at dawn and told the taxi driver to take me to the nearest hotel at the southern terminal.From the moment I arrived the receptionist came out and greeted me.I canceled my room of 84,000 Colombian pesos, the room had a mini, private bathroom, phone, bar, double bed and cable TV.They gave me the breakfast not so varied but it was very good.I recommend this hotel 100% without a doubt I will return to the hostel on my next visit to Medina.

It's in an industrial area, not suitable for arriving at night. The cost is too high for what it offers. Locked rooms, without view, hot and air conditioned, even though they have it in the room. Noisy fans and have to choose between the noise or the heat to sleep. They say everything is booked and on their website they still offer rooms. Very old TVs with a bad TV signal. Mini-bar empty.

Very little for such a cost.

There is cable TV, the lack of maintenance in the facilities and seats. the furniture is antique, the bathroom and room wide comfortable bed. A 2 blocks from the Olaya Herrera airport and the southern terminal allows walking.

A location close to the southern terminal, with restaurants and fruit stalls nearby, a metro station less than 1 km away and a comfortable room with basic amenities and agreed prices, however, it was the only hotel I knew that did not respect the VAT exemption for foreigners.The argument was that this only applies to border zones.

Centrally located near to the Santafe and Oviedo Malls. Less than 10 minutes from the local airport. Parking, sauna, excellent rooms and one of the best foods in Medellin. Definitely one of my favourites places! Excellent service and a very competent staff. Upper rooms are a little bit expensive... but they are worth it.
