Al Alba is a hotel surrounded by nature, the rooms, the cleanliness and comfort of these are a favourite, the food prepared there is very rich and the best is the hospitality and attention of Adriana and the hotel staff.

Tranquility, nature and excellent attention.

Very nice the place. The decor is very inspiring and very tasty. The only place is the food that you eat. It lacks geocaching in both quantity and taste. I will definitely come back but I will try to eat out.

Listening to Waze to get there is a mistake, it's best to follow Adriana's sweet directions to get there. Entering seems to go through a naturally exotic dimension. He's been 2 times; the first in the suit is more pro, beautiful and comfortable, yes, but in reality my favorite will be the second floor room with balcony, smaller but at the same time more private and with a close view of paradise. The first time I didn't use the jacuzzi and on the next visit I understood why Adriana's insistence on enjoying it... was simply spectacular. You'll find a room without many pretensions and you'll bond with the soul packed to enjoy a fascinating environment.

The magical refuge of the wild.

If you want a quiet and friendly place after a long walk, do not hesitate to choose Al Alba Jardin. Adriana, its owner, makes the experience even better, as she does not forget any details. The jacuzzi is in the middle of a beautiful garden and next to a pond that gives the environment everything you need. The food is delicious and varied and the room is comfortable, clean and very beautiful.

What better way to rest, relax and disconnect than to immerse yourself in this beautiful place.The divine and comfortable rooms and the imposing landscape seem to be in a magical world that invites meditation to connect with ourselves, and with those we love.A place to be alone or enjoy good company.Just by observing its natural wealth is a meditation.

Just travel from Bogotá to Choachí, the city where the hotel is located, and it is a delight to see. See the landscape of wetlands up to a great peñasco, quickly disconnect from the city's brick landscape. The hotel is a jewel and you notice that it was made with great love. Every detail counts on that. We suggest taking advantage of the trails and the jacuzzi (natural, outdoors!). The room we had was perfect: bathroom (hot water) and impeccable beds, adequate supply of towels and the best, no TV. It gets a little cold at night so make sure you bring extra cocoa or PJ shelter. Now, the food is exquisite; we had two options of dishes and exquisite food; we both enjoyed the influence of Italian cuisine.

A treasure in Cundinamarca

The setting and room were pretty, not luxurious but in good condition. The bed was comfortable and clean. I booked this hotel because of the hot tub. I wanted a relaxing break where we could spend time reading and relaxing at the hot tub. Unfortunately it was not made clear that each guest only has 30 minutes of time in the hot tub, neither the website nor the hotel owner told us this while showing us around. Even when we specifically asked where the tub was. Having private slots is fine, but verbally telling guests is a must and basic customer service, especially at the price paid. We were asked to leave the tub having only had 10 minutes private time. When asking the owner about the tub time in the morning we were told we should have read instructions that were in our room.  Again, I don't disagree with giving guests time slots but it needs to be managed a lot better and if customers ask questions, don't blame their misunderstanding of the rules, apologise and ask what could be improved. We ate in the evening and the food was adequate but as expensive as Bogota but not of a very high quality.  Overall I think the hotel is pretty but too expensive for what it offers.
