Had a pleasant 2 night stay in July 2020. 1st night we had a standard room, 2nd night we stayed in the suite, which is 2 stories. Buffet breakfast was fine, busy due to holiday season in China. Handy location for some tourist locations, kids loved the amusement park which is 10 minutes drive away. The hotel is in nice grounds which I enjoyed walking around. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool, open to 10pm. Staff were pleasant, we communicated in Chinese so not sure of their English ability. Didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, as we drove to some local restaurants in Keqiao. Plan to go back in future, perfect for a weekend break. Roughly 1 hour drive from Hangzhou airport.
