Stayed here under my company account. I am pleasantly surprised there is such a good hotel in this quiet area of the town.

Room is new & large with a call-in massage sign displayed at the bedside table.

There is a massage centre for man just across the road from the hotel.

Breakfast is good by local standards.

I would be coming back to this hotel again in Oct 2018.

New hotel in Deqing County

During a trip to China, we stayed here for 2 nights during the lunar festival. Of the foreigners, we were the only ones here. The hotel is really with design excellences, but that doesn't stop the bar from working at night. Breakfast is more for Chinese citizens, although we didn't stay hungry either (dinner hall on the 26th floor with very interesting views - for example, at the car dump behind the bus station). The rooms are cleanly convenient, interestingly decorated (boutiques 😎).

Good hotel.

It's a nice hotel with very nice rooms and design but rather cocooning, which changes (for me good for a lot of business hotels in China) Bémol with very poor soundproofing between the rooms and the very average breakfast.

I'm good.

I always return to this hotel perfectly managed by professional and competent management. Mrs. Niels Taal is very attentive to the management of the affectionate clientele. The warm welcome always makes me feel comfortable and the arrival at the hotel and like a return home. Breakfast with a wide selection of buffet dishes and excellent service. The terrace provides a wonderful envelope about the city of Shanghai. The cleanliness of the beautiful rooms always impeccable.

Hotel opened in 2014 so all in a good condition. Nicely decorated, rooms on high floors with good views. Restaurant on floor 26, also good views. Small gym - but not in operation. Free wifi. Buffet breakfast - wide selection both Chinese and Western options, very good. Comfy beds, wooden floors in room. safe, robes, hairdryer, slippers etc. Very good value at around 400 rmb booked on internet. Some staff still learning the ropes so check out etc. was a bit slow. Would have been useful if the hotel could have provided some basic tourist information - such as a map or where to get local buses to Moganshan etc. The manager was very pleasant, came around at breakfast time to say good morning etc. Hotel right over the road from main bus station so handy to walk to if you arrive by bus - we came direct from Suzhou. Lots of cheap local restaurants nearby and a few small supermarkets - not many foreign tourists around. This was a really nice, comfortable hotel, cosy lounge in reception with free tea and books to read - liked it very much here and would stay again.

good price, very comfortable

The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from The Bund and with easy access to subway and buses. The rooms were clean and quiet. 
I had left some items at our previous hotel and I was very impressed with how helpful the staff (esp the manager) where in helping me communicate with the previous hotel and have the items sent. They went well beyond what I would have expected.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms

We had booked 3 double rooms at this hotel to arrive on 14 April. We are a family on holiday our granddaughter, her parents and parents of the mother and father. The hotel had arranged a car to take us from the airport on a flight arriving at 8pm. We had emails from the hotel manager saying all was in order including the cot for the toddler. When we arrived 1 room was ready but the other 2 had been cancelled at 6pm as we hadn't arrived by then and no cot available. The original rooms together were not available and we got 2 twins on floor 6 and 1 double on floor 13 (not exactly near each other!). After several hours of complaining they managed to 'find' the original cot so our granddaughter got to bed after midnight. The bookings were made with booking.com who have always been reliable in the past. I do not think booking.com cancelled 2 of our rooms and I put these problems down to incompetence from the hotel management to Narada Boutique. BEWARE!
