Outside of the clean, impeccable appearance, from the entrance there is a heavy, disgusting smell that persists all over the place. Without warning, at night returning from a dinner party, we notice that next to the sticker is a ball/disco that never lets sleep. The room trembles at every bus stop on the street. When we thought we were going to have a nice time, expectations were broken. Don't pass this place! At a price that is not worth comparing to what is offered on the cheerful hill!

This is a tremendous experience.

good choice for the site, it is close to the soto mayor place, but it have too noise in the night. otherwise it is clear and the guy is a really nice guy. sincerily as a couple we hoped something more.

The hostel itself is very pleasant, the rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with a refrigerator, heater and tele, the attention is quite pleasant and there are no problems to enter the hostel at any time because the keys to the entrance facilitate you. However, its good location, 2 blocks from the port, makes the noise of the hustle and bustle of the city always present, plus that next to the hostel there are bars and a nightclub that increase the noise at night, which should be considered when deciding to stay in this place.

located near to a night club, rooms are on street side... Can't rest even with ear plug. No occlusive curtains. 
Breakfast is average. 2 bathrooms, only 1 open at the time, no spare toilets.
The owner is OK, the place is clean but too noisy.

Not quiet avoid if you want to rest

The rooms are nice, however if you are unlucky and you get one on the streetside its very!! loud, almost like you sleeping right next to the street. We did not need an alarm clock, trucks and buses in the morning were enough. 

Only 2 bathrooms - prepare to queue up. Breakfast comes with instant coffee. :-/ All in all prices are too high for what you get. However could be because we were travelling around new years eve. 

Mas o menos

Very beautiful, no doubt. But here are the problems: the owner lives on the top floor and he is the only one that can open the front door for you, so if you plan to go out and come back late at night, you might have to spend at least 30 minutes ringing the door bell. When we stayed there the house was full and the bathrooms were never cleaned (2 shared bathrooms). The breakfast was  nice and the rooms were quite pretty and comfortable, although we could barely sleep, since right next door there's a huge club that plays loud music all night until about 5 am, so if you are planning to rest at night, just forget about it.

Not coming back.

It is a small hostel with shared bathroom, it is very comfortable with spacious rooms and a good breakfast. It has only four rooms so the bathroom is not a big problem.It is located in the historic center of Valparaiso, very close to the metro station and entertainment centers.On the nights of the weekends it is quite moved by the party atmosphere and right next to it is a nightclub which generates quite a noise.It is ideal for young backpackers and the cost is very economical. very good.
