Bad attention changes from cottage to convenience of them no solution can be found spiders inside the agitation is bad the internet signal, if the light is cut off the rest becomes a bad experience.

I do not recommend that hostel.

Very good stay, the room is large and warm. Everything is super comfortable, the kitchen is clean and the bathrooms are also with a warm shower. Esteban and Juan 10/10 excellent attention, they took care of every detail🏻

It's a good hostel but it has double rooms. It's spacious and clean. They're all extremely attentive and courteous. I really enjoyed their care with our stay. The space is large and has a nice outdoor area. It also has a small kitchen. The wifi works in the social areas and it's not very fast, but the area is just like this. The walls are in the style of the area and the environment makes you really feel in the hostel. The location is great near the center. I liked and indico.

Good choice, family

We stayed from 24 to 27 June at the Hostel. Very good size rooms with a decoration appropriate to the area, with extra large and comfortable beds that are private bathrooms that have a phenomenal terrace. The very varied and quality breakfast. We took a couple of tours inside the same hostel and in addition we were provided with assistance from Fernando to carry out activities on our own, first care. The cleaning in the facilities is very good they are always doing clean, in addition the spaces are very good for baking and also have some that are of the best, very nice to sit down to serve something or simply chat in a quiet place with the guest room 100% recommended by the Hostel.

Excellent service and price.

My wife and I went and enjoyed the hostel, which is spacious with artistic green areas. and additionally has a view of the licancabur volvan, its spaces and especially its people and the excellent service they provide to the customers.

The hostel is warm and luxurious at the same time as being a hostel I would say it's like being in a hotel because its architecture is very splendid and the rooms are very spacious with a pretty good bathroom with hot showers. Every detail of our stay was sensational. The spaces are extraordinary with an Atacama style but with such a unique detail that makes you feel comfortable.

An unforgettable and unparalleled experience.

Stayed here 4 nights in the winter and had no issues with it being too cold or loud, WiFi always worked fine for me and my companion, they were very patient with us foreigners who were still learning Spanish and even drove us an hour and a half to the airport, and the location is pretty nice. Haven't stayed anywhere else in the area that I could compare it with, but I had no problems other than the kitchen which was a bit gross, but everything else was clean and orderly.

Pretty Good Hostal

The hostel is really close to the city center and the rooms are clean and although there is no heating in the rooms we do not get cold. But the rooms with private bathrooms are right next to the street, which has a lot of traffic noise. The Wi-Fi service is only available near the reception and has poor quality, being unavailable for most of the time we stay. The breakfast coffee is served at a very bad time. Most agency tours leave early and the administration does not offer time flexibility. In 6 days of stay we only had breakfast at the first. The worst part is the hotel administration. No one speaks outside the city and they do not demonstrate this interest in solving the problems of the guests. Fsp indifferent during our stay. We said that we did not have to pay for any more of the energy and after arriving at the airport, we could wait until after the check-out to get to the hotel. We had to wait until after our last check-out to get to the hotel.

I don't recommend it. The city has better options.

All 6 night we spent there WiFi didn't work properly, it was always with a problem and besides the WiFi zone is just the reception room and the common area, which means you can't use it in your room.

The staff doesn't speak any other language but Spanish so it is very difficult to understand them.

At the end of our trip we went to Uyuni and asked the staff to leave our baggage there. When we got back to San Pedro we went to Jama to pick up our stuff and we had to wait there for the transfer to Calama. The woman said we couldn't be in the hostel, not even in the reception room neither the commom area and we could not use WiFi because we were not paying for a room anymore.

I don't recommend Jama Hostal

We booked through hotels.com, called repeatedly to confirm that we were going, talked to Nancy every time and she told us that everything was fine. When we arrived we were told that we had cancelled our reservation and that never happened, in short, they ended up charging us a little more than we had reserved because they never found the reservation and they broke up with vague explanations. The room cleaning never happened. We changed breakfast for the use of the kitchen pq at the end of almost every tour begins before the hour served the breakfast. The wifi type doesn't reach the rooms, we realized that it only works in a hotel garden sector because it had a sign. The troubles of excessive availability of tickets, which neighbors have to the bathroom.
