We have 2 cottages, one is a hostel and the other is a separate hotel with kitchen, hot water, wifi and closed parking. $80 per night. Not very luxurious but comfortable for a family of 4 or 5, good location near the terminal.

Large rooms with parking.

We were in an apartment, quite basic, without air, and with a rooftop, with a lot of heat at night and cold in the mornings. - I think it's too basic, we weren't in the hostel properly. - The relationship quality price is not good. - Basic cleaning.

The basics are basic.

An excellent place, a little far from the center (but not too far) to enjoy the tranquility of San Pedro. Familiar climate in the Hostal, with large rooms and private bathroom. The TV is in the common room, but who in San Pedro would devote himself to watching TV? The very friendly and friendly administrator. You have the option of having breakfast at any time you want and you can occupy the kitchen if you want to eat something during the day.

What a wonderful place!

Overall, the care received at the hostel was very pleasant. we booked a private space for 4 people and couldn't be more comfortable. additionally, Corina's attention is highlighted as thanks to her, we hired several tours at an excellent price. i would definitely stay in this establishment again.

Pleasant attention.

Even though we booked 4 months in advance, we arrive and are told that there is overbooking, even though there was no living soul in the hostel. As an alternative the lady offers us an apartment next door with only 1 bathroom in 4 at the same figure as the 2 double rooms each with private bathroom. After a long bargain, we manage to get a price cut, but treatment is really bad and disrespectful. Apartment in the middle but hot water also rationed here and wifi nonexistent. Normal breakfast. However, look for something else, by the way, it is also far from the center.

Poor management

We stayed in 2016 January. Rooms were small but clean . Toilets were also clean but small. There was no air conditioning and it used to get hot during day time. You can keep the windows open.

There is a nice community kitchen and dining area. There is also a small garden at the back where you can sit and enjoy. From the front of the property you have nice views of Licanbur volcano.
The property is very close to bus station. But It is a 5-10 min walk from the city center where most pubs and restaurants are located. If you venture out at night it is better to have a torch/flashlight with you.

Nice hostel 700m from the City center

Charming, clean and close to the centre (10/15 minutes walk). Very friendly hotel. The only drawback is that the hotel is not very well soundproofed but despite this we recommend this hotel which has a good quality/price ratio.

We order 2 room on booking.com after one day we desided to stay more.
We order strait to owner two more days. She confirmed. Afer one day she asked us to leave because some one else order our room in booking.com.

Dicapointing

We spent 2 nights at this place. Considering the exorbitant prices of San Pedro de Atacama, for both hotels and hostels, Turickapur turns out to be a superb discovery! Much less expensive than most other accommodations, we were very surprised to see a super clean, well maintained place, with living room, kitchen, food for everyone and nice little terrace! Many advantages that may outweigh the few disadvantages: low price, clean, kitchen, food, terrace, lunch included Disadvantages: a little more downtown than most other places, small room, although no sound insulation. Unfortunately, there was also a breakdown of our equipped facilities at the end of the night, which forced us to walk away from this room, but we recommend that you go to a place so far away from the city center, which is a small room, which is also not insulated.
