Very friendly host, the courtyard is very beautifully designed and the bungalows are well decorated and clean. The surroundings are quiet and the hostel is centrally located. Ideal starting point for tours around the place!

That's great!

I stayed one night at the Lasckar hostel, I really didn't like the bathroom was dirty, there was always a lack of toilet paper, and the shower water was cold. The kitchen was also dirty. The attention of their staff Malthilde and Óscar was not good at all, I didn't carry a towel because I was traveling with my backpack and they lent me dirty towels with an unpleasant smell.

If you want to be disconnected from the world you're in the right place the wifi is just nonexistent 3 wifi disposals none work I'm going to avoid mentioning the showers stories to remind you that the water is cold in most showers

What to Avoid

For one day there was no toilet in the room, the next we left an envelope of shampoo open, when we arrived we noticed the little toilet because the bathroom had dead moths.

Habitacion poco aseada is the oldest.

If you're thinking of going out for a tour, when you arrive in a clean, tidy room, a place where you can rest after a busy day, its reception staff, always attentive, rooms with individual bathrooms and shared rooms, price ratio well.

A very pleasant place, very close to the center.

We stayed at this hostel for 5 nights in a private double room. Our room was nice and clean and we had a private bathroom. The staff are very helpful and nice, especially Mauricio who helped us a lot with organizing tours. The tour company they work with, Andes travel is also super good, with fantastic tour guides. 

The inside common areas are quite small, outside they are nice and big, but it can be quite cold there in the winter (we were there in June). Downsides with this hostel is that the WiFi is very slow and unstable, and there’s no heating, so it’s quite cold in the night, but we had a lot of blankets so we slept fine. There’s also no breakfast, but the kitchen is well equipped and there’s free tee and coffee all day.

Very social and helpful staff

I liked the cocking room and the staff were so friendly and the cost of the sared room es cheap $8.00 maybe I would return to this hostal in another time and you can use he internet in a common computer, Y suggest this place.

Nice place

This is small hostel fairly close to town but not an ideal walk alone home in the dark. I had a private room which I thought was expensive for what it was, particularly the bed which was like a lumpy board. There is some hot water in short bursts. I was very glad not to be in a dorm, they looked like sardine cans. I wouldn’t stay here again but it served a purpose for what I needed.

Adequate

A good place, taken from a room with a private bathroom, is very practical if you are traveling with a family.The place has everything described and the people waiting in the hostel are very friendly.The only downside (not negative) is that when you arrive at night and there are people outside having a feast, they disturb you to reach for sleep.

It's a good place to stay if you're spending time doing tours.

They paid $100 for a room in this hostel just because they didn't have time to look for anything else. The price is unreasonably high for this type of accommodation. A common kitchen, with bowl-sized pots, a small room with two-bedroom, an inner courtyard with no light at night. The next day they moved in and found a better place.
