Good location, pretty much everything, work trip so it went well, clearly I can't expect much quality for the segment it offers, but it did the job, the soundproofing is bad, you hear all the noise of the street, corridors and other rooms, the breakfast is a bit poor, details like the bag shampoo and the liquid soap with disappointing water, but 2 things to rescue, the staff a 7 and the restaurant at the bottom are just as good.

It is a good place to be.

We went to this hotel in January and were surprised at how bad it was: narrow rooms and unbearable noise. faulty air conditioning. We were suffocated by the heat caused by the failure of the air conditioning. Horrible street noise. misleading photos. No viable response to the situation from the administration.

A porquería is a porquería.

When we arrived, we were surprised at how noisy the place was because the hotel was the second floor of a restaurant. Something that surprised me was that there was no lift for the disabled. The check in was super fast and the lady was super kind, but the attention wasn't everything... We entered the room, and we were surprised that it was the size of a bathroom. It was in heavy weight. As it was summer, it was getting terrible heat, then they turned on the air conditioning but... oh, it was a surprise!

 Bad Housing and Equipment

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. It highlights its good infrastructure and cleanliness. However, it has many details that make it forget its convenience. The first thing is breakfast. Very poor. It's not a buffet but it also doesn't offer variety or alternatives, as well as limited hours. You have to have breakfast before 9:30!!!. I was asked to pay in cash because I don't understand what the problem was. Last morning there was simply no hot water!!!!. The only good thing is the attention of the staff who must explain so many bad services. In short: a good alternative that ends up being a bad choice.

Far from what was expected.

It is a new hotel, of the Boutique type. The care of the staff is excellent, they are very concerned about solving all the inconveniences that you may have. The room is small but very comfortable; the bathroom is fine even if it lacks hygiene tools. It is a good price-quality ratio. On the ground floor there is an excellent Peruvian restaurant and the breakfast is very rich, complete and very well served. On the upper floor there is a large living room with armchairs and terrace. It is very well located, at the entrance of the city and thus becomes a good option if you go south for example and near the center also where you can walk. The parking is at the door because it forms part of a small shopping mall but very safe. In addition, it has an excellent internet connection.

Too expensive.

It only lasted for 2 days, room not very large, but comfortable, good view of the avenues, everything clean, with air conditioning, good breakfast, although not self-service, if they offered everything, the staff very friendly, in the room there was no hair dryer, call the reception and in a moment they took me to the room, request more towels and towels, which were delivered to me immediately.

Hotel recommended

I stayed only one night because I was passing by, I chose San Borja for the excellent location. The service was perfect, the accommodations were clean, I found it very quiet and the breakfast is satisfactory within the acceptable limit (it has only the basics themselves).
