Don't be intimidated by Highway 138 and the cheap and fast food motels in the square. We stayed for several days and rented one of the cottages at the end of the plot. Direct access to the waterfront, outdoor fire for all guests - this makes for a nice meeting. Magnificent sunrise on the river! Not too far from ski resort and Quebec. If you stay, ask Louise for discount coupons for the snow spa at 700m! It's worth the trip and for dinner at the Beau's microbrewery Almost all ready within walking distance!! The inside of the cottage is just ok for a small family - but 100% functional - we stay there especially for the enchanting site!!

Super charming site with a view of the river and Orlean Island.

This motel is very nice, I think recently renovated and with floor space (no carpet) very nice for a motel. Only the bathrooms remain a little old but our room was very clean. Only the neighborhood that has nothing nice or pleasant, step on your trip.

A very good motel.

It's a quiet motel that I would never have booked if I'd seen the outside before. I failed to get off board on arrival but my booking was not refundable.

Too expensive for poor quality

Old motel, built in the 50s, nauseating smells, green arpents, really. Far from what you see on their website (a masquerade). A perfectly disguised scam. Do you have 20 minutes to adjust the water in your shower? The bathrooms have never been renovated, you see the most 'beautiful' in five or six photos of rooms (!), it's not even true, misleading advertising. The floors are not at the same level. It's really narrow. You'll definitely find better money anywhere. What they want is your money. It's been at least 25 years since I've seen all the pity, nothing like this, come as a surprise before travel.

To be avoided...

The rooms and the rest of the motel are very clean, the view is incredible, the price is more than affordable, the service is very good, the room is super warm, I'll come back and recommend it without hesitation.

A little corner of paradise to discover!

The place is beautiful, by the river, the rooms are clean, the owners are warm. I used and abused hammocks at night around the fire with my friends, and we were all sober.

What a wonderful revival!

Used to be a good place to stay, it has been my only choice since 2003, every year. Since the owners changed, it took a couple of visits to abandon the place completely.  If you go there, make sure you know exactly what kind of room you're getting when paying for the reservation.

Me and friends recently stayed in this hotel Condo & Motel des Berges during our visit to Quebec. This is a good and decent hotel a little drive away from Quebec city. The hotel is behind the river and it has a beautiful view of the river.

The rooms are really good and good for a 1 or 2 night stay. The place is very scenic and those who would like to enjoy mother nature, they can opt to stay here in this place.

This hotel is located bang on the main road and but no disturbance from any other noises.

Good Stay for a vacation

Price/comfort/location is perfect to go between the ski hills and a short 30min drive into Quebec. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Lots of value at this location. Will stay at this location again and will recommend to anyone. 

Ski - cation 

Our time here was very relaxing, which was just what we needed after travelling for some time. The place was very clean and had a nice area for us to sit & enjoy the outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this charming Motel & will be recommending it to anyone traveling in the area! Thank you.
