We spent one night at Onondaga. Excellent accommodation!! The room was lovely and comfortable. The place is very clean and sophisticated. The lunch is excellent, pleasant and cozy. The host, Pauline, is very hospitable and takes good care of her tenants. I highly recommend this very nice place.

That's great.

Despite our very short stay, my brother and I really enjoyed the place, the delicious and very good breakfast allowed us to go for a nice energetic stroll along the beach. The decoration of the cottage comes from the ordinary, not modernism but rather ancestry. Thank you to Pauline and Mario for their lovely welcome.

A very peaceful night

Although we booked at the last minute, Pauline welcomed us very warmly, her bed was very cozy, we felt good, the host was an excellent cook, and the lunch she prepared was more than generous and delicious.

A warm welcome and accommodation

Even though we booked last minute the same day, Pauline greeted us with a smile and courtesy. We immediately felt comfortable. A very clean and comfortable mid-sized room with a shared bathroom on the ground floor. A much-loved, small sink and dressing room in our room. Pauline even kindly asked us what would make us enjoy lunch! Which was cozy and most of all delicious. A nice nice jacket with this very friendly couple. Thank you Pauline and Mario! It's a very nice place.

We stayed in the hostel for two nights. We were very well received by the guests. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We had plenty and excellent lunches. We also had access to a refrigerator.

It's a very welcoming place!

It's a very welcoming, clean place, the lunches are excellent. The beds are really comfortable. What's positive to say about the owners, he took care of our needs. The entrance is a little overcrowded, but I liked it, because it's full of history.

It's beautiful

Great reception from owners, large breakfast, the room is clean and includes a king size bed but doesn't have a private washroom.  It is a real museum of antiques. The sheets are clean. It is a good quality for the cost.

Quiet and clean B&B

If you do not mind sharing a bathroom...this place was an awesome start to our tour of the gaspe peninsula.  Met great folks who we saw again along our trip.  Clean rooms, great food.  Near national parks.

RT1200 summer vacation

This place is out of town a bit, but even by bicycle it's a nice trip back into town along the bike path and lanes. The main common rooms have a great feel/atmosphere, and the hosts were sufficiently bilingual to help me with my French, which incidentally, I do recommend you try, because after all, you're in Rimouski! It's got that nice creaky-ish wood floor sound of a good old fashioned B&B, and that's nice too. (But it's not badly creaky ... just enough once in a while to make you know you're in an old house.)
And double check to see if you can use a credit card or not ... I forget now, but I think I had to pay cash.
There's a really nice sitting area out front of the place, with some bistro tables and chairs, looking onto the very quiet bike path road that runs from Rimouski to out of town. 
Because I hadn't done my research, I found out too late that the park (Pointe-au-Pere) where the Onondaga submarine is more than just where the sub is stored, the park hosts a maritime museum dedicated to the Empress of Ireland sinking. That sinking as worse than the Titanic, but since most of the victims were lower class / working class Irish citizens (as opposed to the Titanic's upper crust Astors, Guggenheims, etc), the Empress's sinking gets very little attention. I wish I'd visited. The sub, annhhh, I don't care so much, but the museum would have been cool.

great atmosphere, terrific foods, great hosts

This is a great bed and breakfast near Rimouski.  The owners are very friendly and the B&B itself has a nice design and feels very homey.  We stayed here for 3 days while we traveled about the area visiting different attractions.

Breakfast was excellent and tasty, the owner makes her own caramel sauce to serve.

The rooms are well appointed and being along the St Lawrence river means it doesn't get too hot here.  One thing to note, the bathroom is shared meaning if all the rooms are full you might have to wait a bit for the shower.  We had no problems and there was never a lack of hot water.
