Parking is great, looks safe.Great customer service. Room is clean and modern.

Did not get security deposit back. They said I would and was charged quickly but no return as stated by front desk.

It was close to the highway as we were just stopping to sleep on a long drive home. There is restaurant right next door. Great guy greeted us & room is very clean.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though breakfast wasn’t included, the stay was pleasant and worth the price.

Great spot.  Room cleanliness was 10/10.  Restaurant next door and 20% discount was a bonus.  Check out Chaudière Falls Park as only 10-15 mins away.

Small and comfortable hotel, very clean, nice personnel.  It's not a 5 stars, although you get all the necessary for a quiet stay, easy to access from the high way but still very quiet.  You have a restaurant beside and a McDonalds almost in the front. Other places for food and shopping basics at 5 minutes.

This is our second stay. First was during Renos with a newly renovated room. This time it was fully renovated. We were impressed with the room. Comfy beds, loved the walk in showere with adjustable removable shower hose. In room coffee maker, small fridge. There was an ice machine in the lobby and a coffee machine with various types of hot drinks.

I would just like to take a moment to advise everyone of the great customer service we received at this hotel on 2 occasions. 

We stayed at this Hotel in June of 2016 en-route to Ottawa, and had an excellent stay. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Breakfast in the morning was great and filled our bellies upon hitting the road. The lady working the front desk was VERY helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. 

Fast forward to now and we were booked to stay here for 3 nights coming up next weekend and after having to cancel our trip due to the current health scare in the world we unfortunately had to cancel.  Again when I called to both book the reservation and cancel I believe it was the same lady we dealt with 3 years ago and again received nothing but EXCELLENT service. She is very pleasant to speak to and provides excellent service. 

So if you are looking for a hotel close to the highway, with excellent customer service, good food and clean room this hotel is just right. 

Again, I would just like to say Thank You for the excellent service and I without a doubt be staying here again.

Excellent Customer Service

First off, the lady who checked me in was very polite and sweet. She spoke perfect English and although I know I was in Quebec it was a nice change as I was travelling for some time in the province. 

The room was clean, a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable. Good water pressure and I was able to take my cats. The one thing I really loved about this place was the location, price and fact that I not only had a door to drive up to but also a door to the hallway inside the hotel.

A continental breakfast was included and although basic I was very grateful for it. 

No complaints. I'd stay again.

Affordable and clean

Econolodge Levis is conveniently located just off Highway 20 and provides a warm welcome at a reasonable price. The room we stayed in had a broken window, but the management found us an alternative, even though the motel was more or less full because of a Céline Dion concert in nearby Quebec City. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and traffic noise was far less than expected. A restaurant nearby was an added bonus. Some refurbishment is needed, and the breakfast was a trifle disappointing.

Good Location 

While in the midst of our nationwide cross country round trip, we had the pleasure of staying here. Not sure why it’s so low rated, we called hotels and motels all the way from Ottawa to Quebec City looking for a room and this was the first place that actually wasn’t rude, fully booked, wasn’t going to charge us 2 nights or $300 for literally 5 hours or less of sleep. Room was nice, AC worker, bathrooms had a nice size and overall I’d stay there again. Thanks again.

Room was clean with indoor or outside entrance , staff was very friendly and was close to places to eat and shop 
Breakfast was cold servings 
We booked online and though we paid for a double room but when we got there they o lot had us for a single room but the attendant was quick to solve the issue
