Couette & Café (B & B) À la Québécoise 

The place is very neat and clean, the breakfast was especially greeting and warm as we sat with other people in the hotel to eat lovely and plentiful meals with fruit, eggs, french toast, and your choice of either tea or coffee. The owner is also wonderfully versed with knowledge of the city, he can even offer you a very interesting history lesson about the Quebecois and their backstory. The quality of which he explains things triumphs over museums for sure.
