Stayed here over while visiting family for the holidays. The place was convenient, close to where we needed to be. There were pleanty of places close by. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent.

Good Stay

The hotel is not good at all, very noisy and the room is very bad , bed sheets are not well cleaned and even it is look old bed sheet as there is a stitched made to fix , what a standard they have. I don’t recommend this hotel to any one you will not be able to sleep as there is no isolation and a lot of kids playing out of their rooms .

Abu Dhabi 

1) They advertise as offering Airport Shuttle from Hotel to Pearson Airport but that's not true. They don't. Takes you CAN $55 to Pearson Airport using Uber. Misleading Services advertised just to get people to book rooms. 

2) Front desk agents severely lacked customer service attitude. 

3) No elevator so be prepared to lift your heavy luggage through two flights of stairs -- up & down. 

Will never stay here again. 

Misleading Services -- Stay Away

Have stayed here for 4 nights and 1 more to go. Have found the room very comfortable and clean, the decor is dated but otherwise fine. There does appear to be families living in the hotel but they don’t bother so is no problem. Needed a hotel in a hurry and this one was the right price. Would come back for sure, read very negative reviews but honestly can’t really fault it

I reserved this hotel when I arrived at airport, as it says airport shuttle. When I call to know where I can pick up the airport shuttle, he guy told me that he can send a car but I needed to pay $92 CASH for the return trip. I told him that this was false advertising about saying their hotel was an airport hotel and with airport shuttle. I ask to cancel my reservation, but after numerous attempts, they refused time after time. I even went to hotel to talk to them a few days after. The hotel lobby was dirty, smelled terrible. Obviously terrible customer service. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Quiet, comfortable with a hot, full and free breakfast. Very polite staff and clean room. Amazing customer service! I stayed with my friends - girls night out. We just loved it. We had 4 rooms booked. I would recommend it to anyone. It is worth your money.

Amazing customer service!

I had paid for my room at check in with an added $150.00 security deposit. When I went to my room, it smelled like dead fish. There was a used towel on the bathroom sink and,  when I pulled back the bedding, it was obvious that the bedding was not changed. I am in sales and have stayed at many hotels. I have never (Before this time) walked out of a room but it was just too nasty for me to stay. When I went to the front desk and was asked if there was anything wrong with my room, I informed the guy that there was and wanted him to come with me to show him. He said "I don't have to see it" He didn't apologize or offer another room. The next words out of his mouth was he was going to have to charge me for half of the room. I told him I wasn't paying for it and asked him who the owners of the hotel were. He said he didn't know. I asked who the manager was. He said "He was". I then asked again who the owners were and he said he didn't know. At this point I walked out. By the way, I have never written a review before but this time I had to. If the owners read this and would like to get a hold of me (Which I wish you would) you can check your register. I was there on June 24 / 19 and all of my info is on file. Including who I work for.

I’ve stayed here many many years ago 
And ever since keep using it! 
It’s a place with everything at your fingertips 
The place has always been clean 
The staff is extremely friendly! 
Not many places offer 6:30/9:00am breakfast this place does and has fresh fresh food daily 
Since my last stay I miss it so much 
Please try it out
I’m always recommending it to all my friends and family 
You won’t be disappointed

Amazing place!

Just an overnight stay while photographing dancers. Not a bad place for an older hotel. Relatively clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and plenty of it with a great choice from waffles to fruit and toast.

When the rooms formerly classified as smoking were converted into non-smoking rooms, the sign non-smoking was simply inscribed by hand on the door of each room. The carpets, walls and furniture kept their old smells. Arriving too late at the hotel to change places I decided to spend the night there despite the discomfort. In the middle of the night the heating fan started running with a hellish noise and it followed a very big smell. It was the experience of a bad smell, a headache and cigarette-smelling clothes!
