The stay was comfortable.  The room was clean.  And since I had a furry friend (being transported for charity), I was accommodated with a main floor room.

I have never stayed here before, but I would do so again!

Quick and Easy Trip- excellent for a rescue dog 

Needed a quick overnight place to stay, this was a decent price & a convenient location. Stayed in the older building, it wasn’t super clean & my room had no towels in it. One of the beds was messed up (it was made, just very poorly) so I wondered if anyone even cleaned it between guests. Fridge was broken. Overall not super impressed.

Stayed just one night. Hotel was able to accommodate our small dog. Room was clean and comfortable. A bit out dated but for the price, would definitely stay again and recommend to others travelling through.

Exactly as expected

We travel 6 days a week for business around Canada and this has convenient parking if you're in the outside access rooms. The WIfI is the worst I've ever seen anywhere. It's beyond horrible. It only works for maybe 30 seconds at a time then takes 3 minutes to reconnect then you start the whole process again and again.
The air conditioning DOESN'T work at all. The room was soo disgusting and hot it made it almost impossible to sleep.
The room wasn't clean when I wanted to have my shower I opened my towel and there was a used bar of soap with pubic hair inside of it. Now anyone who's done laundry even once in their life knows that this is impossible to fold a hand towel into a square without seeing this. 
And considering how dirty the rest of the room was, I would highly recommend having a pair of flip flops/sandals/slippers etc to walk in the room unless you like having filthy blackened feet.

Ummm...it's cheap and the location is convenient.

My company books me into this hotel. I am more than satisfied with everything other than the wifi. It is by far the worst wifi I have experienced in modern times. It either doesn’t work, stalls out or is too slow to be useful. I’m advised this is due to room location. Not a reasonable excuse. Get it fixed please.

Best bang for you buck in kindersly only complaints are not enough kitchen supplies in the kitchenettes needs more pans and only one burner works on the stove. Staff is friendly property has been updated in areas

Well appointed room, super comfy bed. Nice breakfast. Paved access with free parking. Easy internet access and business center. Guest laundry. 2 blocks from Main Street. Quiet. Lacks USB charging options. Well lit guest rooms. 

Great place to stay in Kindersley

The new (main) building of the Travelodge has great rooms. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, who were happy to make our stay comfortable. 

For families travelling ask for a wheelchair accessible rooms on the first floor (if available). These rooms are excellent for families as the bedroom is separated from (door to close) the kitchenette room (with stove top, microwave, coffee maker, full-size fridge basic cooking amenities, table and chairs and second TV). Large bathroom (nice when sharing) with a walk-in shower (no bathtub). Two queen size beds in the bedroom with the standard hotel desk, tv, dresser. Nice to have a door and separate area should kids fall asleep or adults wish to watch a different tv show. 

Windows (two) open for fresh air (also air conditioning). 

Pet friendly (small dogs) and easy access to side and front doors from the room to get outside for pet breaks. 

Standard free hot breakfast buffet in the dining room from 5:30-9:30 am.  

When travelling with kids (hockey tournaments, rodeo, family visits, etc.), we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Well worth the few extra dollars to book for two queen sized beds and room layout. A comfortable stay for the price. We chose to swim at the new aquatics centre instead of booking hotel with a pool, or a no frills, economy hotel (e.g. the other Wyndham hotel the Kindersley Super 8 - see separate TripAdvisor review).

This is the former “Crossroads Hotel” property and now operates under Wyndham. Can’t speak for the condition of rooms in the other 2 buildings on the property. Travelodge staff are working hard to standardize all the rooms (renovate and upgrade these rooms). They may very well book families, travellers in the new 3-story building and book the gas/oil business people in the other buildings. 

There are fun things to do in Kindersley and we enjoyed hours at the new Kindersley Aquatic Centre (opened February 2019), with waterslide, two diving boards, lazy river and more. $19 for family pass. There is a water splash park near the library and hospital, Sunset Movie Theatre, playgrounds, bowling, museum, parks and more. Central location and easy to walk downtown Kindersley without crossing the highway. 


Family & pet friendly rooms

I found this Travelodge to be very clean inside and our room was quite updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were, as well. The bathroom was spotless. 

The front desk manager actually carried my bags up to the room and opened our door for us, which was unexpected but appreciated. I don’t think there is an elevator in the two-floor hotel, hence was even more appreciated!

Overall, I would definitely recommend. The price point was just under $100, which was very reasonable for a late-night walk-in rate. 

Very clean and updated rooms 

The one staff member that spoke fluent English was very nice.place is old and dirty.one unit/building didn't even have hallway lights on. Lots of better choices in town at the same price or less.breakfast was the standard fake eggs and pancakes
