Friendly staff. Clean rooms and great location.

Great new property.  Rooms were spacious and clean and great staff

With this being a newer hotel, I'm writing this more as a feedback for the hotel to improve.We were given an accesible room as that was what was left when we checked in. The room design is not exactly accesible for the fridge. The door could easily be switched to open the other way, so I hope this room is the only one like that.It's also not a kitchenette. It is a counter with sink & a fridge/freezer. There is no toaster, kettle or cooktop. They provide a dishwasher, but not sure how much can be cooked in the room. When we asked the front desk if there was a toaster to borrow, we were told no but we could use the one at breakfast. We weren't given hand soap in our room, but instead a face bar. There was no floor towel or conditioner. There were some pieces of garbage on the floor (plastic wrappers & tags). The paper towel had 3 pieces left on it with no spare in the room.At check in we were charged more for an accessible room? So we had to get that fixed after the fact. Not sure why the accesible room was more, but maybe the type was different and the check in person wasn't aware of that.The staff were also standing around talking loudly about their personal lives & things they've seen happen at the back of the hotel. I also heard one staff storm out from the back angry that someone "put their own stuff in the toaster", then stood at the toaster and watched.For the price, it's ok. I'd stay again if needed, but the cleanliness and staff attitude could use an adjustment.

Decent option

It is a new property and they have thought of a lot of things for their guests. Free breakfast, kitchenette in room. Keurig style coffee in room.  There's a pool and a gym. The room is moderate size but just fine A thoughtful curtain shades the bed from bathroom lighting. The bed was on the small size, but there is a sofa bed in the room. The bed was comfortable and smelled so clean. We had a good night. Good quality large screen smart TV.  Bathroom very clean with a large shower and well lit vanity, safety lighting, toiletries provided. A bit of noise from kids above us, but not from the construction outside, so good insulation. A self control HVAC unit under the window wasn't noisy. Staff was very pleasant.

Amazing stay. Clean, new and just overall pleasant stay  only complain is the EV charging. It was slow as heck and it didn't even charge me up 25% overnight. I chose this hotel because of the chargers. Please give the proper power to these chargers asap 👍

Great stay. Please fix the EV chargers

This is a new modern property.  Good value for the money.  Our room was spacious, well furnished , comfortable beds and quiet.  The suite is well set up.  Two small things I noted,  there were long black hairs in our bathroom and on the sofa, also in our travelling companions room on the sofa, and I found the gentleman working in the evening in the lobby was unpleasant with some other guests.  Overall it’s a great property.

Beautiful new hotel. Well set-up. Good breakfast. Friendly staff who seem genuinely glad to be working there and proud of their facility. I hope they are able to keep up these standards!
