Such a nice clean friendly Hotel, after 22 different stays at this hotel the standard is still the same. On-site restaurant prices good food and friendly staff and would recommend.

Looking forward to my next stay!

Great Hotel

Honestly my first review of the hotel was less than spectacular, as I faced some billing issues.  However I decide to give it a second try after Covid.  The experience was much better, as the agent that I was in contact with was excellent.  I made a mistake with my booking dates and it was changed with no issues.  The shuttle to and from the airport ran on time, and the food in the restaurant remained excellent.  The fitness center seems to be updated from my last stay and everything ran well.  It is a perfect quick overnight airport hotel stay.  While it is not the Marriott at the airport, it is much more affordable and the experience was just as good, if you don't mind the shuttle ride.  

A much better second experience 

This is one of the hotels I will go back to. 
I stayed here for 3 nights and I must say I was pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel. Although the hotel is placed in a tight space, close to the Montreal Airport, it is very well managed and organized.
The restaurant has good options at reasonable prices. 
The rooms are cozy, on the small side, but with everything you need and comfortable. 

A hotel I will certainly go back to

I wanted to be sure to be dropped off at the right terminal for my morning flight so decided on an airport hotel. I chose this one because I had noticed the shuttle for it on my departure a week earlier. It was easy to book on line. And it really is only a few minutes  from the airport, with a 24 hour shuttle on the half hour.

I would stay here again

Located very close to the airport and there’s a free shuttle running regularly. Good wifi, snacks available in the lobby, exercise room, parking and a bar open at 5 pm. Our room was small but adequate for a short stay. Clean, bathroom with shower, coffee maker,lots of power plugs and surprisingly quiet at night. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good choice before a flight

Our flight was arriving at 1230am, after a long flight, instead of driving 2 hours home with a sleepy 5 year old we thought it it best to stay the night. This was the newest, nicest and most highly recommended hotel by our travel agent. It was a no brainer. 
 After confirming the odd check in time with our travel agent, following up with a phone call directly to the hotel AND confirming IN PERSON before our trip we felt confident that with ALL that AND a signed confirmation slip from the front desk agent, that our arrival would go smoothly. Sadly not. 
Not only did they not have a room, they were fully booked. Not only that, the uninterested, inhospitable, unapologetic « guest service » agent at the front desk, did not apologize, did not offer to find us a room elsewhere, was not in least concerned about our young son (now asleep) on the luggage cart. 
She also asked, straight faced, if we’d like to cancel the reservation for « later today »?!?!! 
When asked for a direct line to a manager, she handed us a card with a phone number that rang in the back room…. 
I am so sad, frustrated, disappointed and left with no faith in Hilton and all associated brands.

Excellent cleanliness service impeccable very good location the proximity of the journey has to do to go and return between the airport and the hotel and a lot of parking space and proximity to the motorways is very appreciated

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean. BUT… we knew it would be a little noisy being close to the airport, however the planes were not a problem. We stayed in room 141 and there was some kind of machine or generator nearby which sounded like a car was being revved up directly outside. The noise literally drowned out the airplane noise and went on ALL NIGHT! So despite the friendly staff, this hotel failed to deliver one of it’s primary functions; a good night’s sleep. 

Unbelievably noisy and it wasn’t the planes

It's not far from Montreal airport but you do need to take the shuttle bus which leaves every half hour. I had to phone reception to find when and where the shuttle left from but then I had no difficulty finding it. The following morning I took athe shuttle bus back to the airport: it starts running at 4am. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Had to get up at 4:30 for a flight soon after 7am. I was disappointed that the pool was out of action. 

So it fitted the bill for an overnight near the airport.

I drove 6 hours to get to this hotel and I booked it because it was close to the retirement home where I visited my 93 year old aunt.  I am retired on a fixed income, so the bill of $882.53 CAD for 3 nights was staggering!!!  But, I had to see my aunt.  It is a new hotel, very clean, luxurious bedding.   Did not like the fish and fries  at the restaurant Semaphore, and a meal for two totalled a whoppping $99.01 CAD.   I expected to pay for parking $75:00 CAD total but there was also Fed Tax and Que tax on that!!!!  In addition,  on top of the nightly rate, there was a room tax, fed tax and Que tax!!!!    I cannot believe that I have seen the nightly rate for this hotel at $133.00 CAD per night.  What triggers a nightly rate of $215 CAD per night???.  Is that the stupid senior rate?  I was lucky to meet Ghislaine at the front desk who was very charming.  She was very patient and kind to go over the hotel bill in detail.  I also want to thank Jocelyn  from Housekeeping who fixed the coffee maker and the fridge.  Jocelyn was also super sweet.
