We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in this lovely home built in 1866.  The 2 floor space was so appreciated at the end of our 3 week trip within Ontario. Wonderful breakfast, spotlessly clean, excellent hosts.  We would most certainly return if in Belleville again.

Relaxing in Belleville

This B&B was our best hotel during our entire CA trip. Cleanliness 1A, hospitality 1A, breakfast 1A (I mean continental breakfst, no breakfast buffet!). The free drinking water, as well as tea and coffee and little chocolates were refilled every day in the living room. Danielle (the owner) is a fantastically tactful person. She was always there, in the background, present to make our stay comfortable. But you never saw or heard of her while we wanted to spend our private time in the house or garden. The location is very cheap.

A Rest for the Soul

Stayed for 1 night. Reserved direct on the inn's website. My family was looking for a place to stay in Belleville near our friend's house, and we decided to treat ourselves with a bed and breakfast accommodation.

Upon arrival, Gord welcomed us and gave us a tour of the two floors. We were impressed with the main living area, upstairs bedroom and adjacent main bathroom with claw-foot bathtub. There was so much space in the bathroom that we were able to set up our toddler's crib and baby monitor next to the tub, allowing us to enjoy the downstairs space after our child's bedtime. Wi-Fi reception throughout the house worked well.

We took advantage of the parking space near our private entrance and explored the neighbourhood on foot. There are a few restaurants that are a 10-minute walk away on Front Street, and we picked up dinner there. The area had a few vacant businesses, but we didn't find it to be unsafe at all.

The next morning, Danièle welcomed us to the dining room for a breakfast with pastries, cheese, cereal, snack bars, fruit, coffee, juice, milk and homemade apple cake. My family enjoyed the personal touch as we enjoyed our meal in private and retreated to our living quarters once we were done.

The owners make it clear that the house is not child proof, but we were never concerned for our young child. One side of the stairwell between the two floors is open, and the stairs are a little bit steep. Also, there was a bowl of marbled stones upstairs, which our inquisitive child liked exploring.

Our family of three could not have picked a better place to stop before driving home. We definitely recommend Place Victoria Place, and we hope to visit again should we have another stay in Belleville.

Great home in Belleville!

Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming.  Our stay was more than we expected with a separate living room and use of the deck with every amenity you could want.  The breakfast was devine with homemade croissants and apple cake!  Thank you so much of an enjoyable visit - we will return and be sure to tell our friends about Victoria Place.

Great spot in Belleville!

We didn't arrive until late at night because of a traffic jam, which was no problem at all for the owner. We had a living room, a bedroom, a small kitchen with cooler and coffee machine, a bathroom, an extra toilet and a terrace. The breakfast was the hammer. Super lovely operator. With lots of love as host. Thank you very much.

We spent December 28th at the Place Victoria Place B & B in Belleville. 
We were able to relax and decompress in the private 2 floor accommodation after the crazy busy Christmas celebrations! Our host Danielle was very welcoming and helpful in sharing information of local restaurants and things to do. Having our own living room was such a perk ...... comfortable seating for reading, tv watching and conversation. The coffee was hot and ready when we arrived in the dining room with a large selection of foods to enjoy. I believe that the word ‘zen’ best describes our stay! We highly recommend this B&B to anyone travelling in the Belleville area and we will be sure to book here on our next overnight stay in Belleville.

Delightful!

We stayed one night.  The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.  The space was huge, the bed comfortable and the main bathroom (yes, we had access to two bathrooms) is large and we had our own entrance.  We would come back here again.

Enjoyable Visit

Our stay in B+B Place Victoria was beautiful. The back of the building on two floors was completely available to us. The free-standing bathtub with the brass fittings is worth seeing and works fine. The parquet floor radiates warmth and comfort. The whole house is very clean and it is not allowed to smoke. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant tip for the evening was very good. Also the tip for visiting the winery Sandbanks. The breakfast was excellent. Thanks again for the great stay with you.

So cozy and so much privacy with a big bathroom and my own living room with tv and backyard with cozy chairs. I love this place and put it at the top of my list.

A spacious two-story suite, clean, quiet and well-arranged, a section of the house is reserved for us, we feel at home, good breakfast served in a nice, old-fashioned dining room, quick WIFI.
